La actitud y trato del personal. Desde el chico que atiende la recepción, no ayuda y parece que te hace un favor. La chica de recepción sí es amable. Por otro lado los meseros no atienden bien. Te dejan esperando, no te dan refill de café. Nos dejaban cobijas sucias y dejan las envolturas del papel higiénico en el tocador. Por otro lado, la última limpieza no dejaron las aguas que dan, habíamos pedido servicio a la habitación y a nuestro regreso la charola la dejaron a un costado de la puerta y aún en nuestro último día seguía la charola con los platos. Muy mala impresión y atención.

Pros:

El lugar dónde se encuentra ubicado está bonito, aunque el estacionamiento un poquito retirado

Cons:

Qué el personal de limpieza no estuviera enterado del día en qué salíamos y fueron dos veces ese día a la habitación para querer limpiar, además en la habitación, no estaba bien limpio el piso cuando llegamos y al día siguiente que nos la limpiaron. También no me gustó la dureza de las almohadas y el colchón

El personal fue muy amable.

Cons:

El estacionamiento está un poco retirado y coincidió que ya no había lugar, por lo que tuve que dejar mi vehículo bloqueando a otros vehículos.
