Ottima posizione in pieno centro! Staff cortese. Buona colazione(forse).

Cons:

La reception chiusa tra le 22:30 e le 7:30 in un hotel a quattro stelle non è un buon servizio. La reception chiusa non permette poi di accedere nella hall dell'hotel e quindi non permette di potersi intrattenere lì. Inoltre la colazione viene servita dalle 7.30 in poi. Sarebbe meglio anticiparla (almeno dalle ore 7:00). In un hotel a quattro stelle non è bello che il coperchio del wc sia rotto o che nel bagno della hall (cui si può accedere solo chiedendo le chiavi in reception) manchino salviette per le mani e carta igienica.

Renovierung notwendig.
Pros:

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt war perfekt für einen abendlichen Stadtbummel, zum Flughafen am nächsten Morgen wenige Minuten Fahrzeit. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf eine Junior Suite.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer muss dringend renoviert werden, die Handtuchhaken fallen von der Wand, die Duschkabine ist aus den 70igern, die Klobrille war zwei Nummern kleiner als das Porzellan, Abstellmöglichkeiten für Kosmetikartikel nicht existent. Das Frühstücksbüffet war leider unterdurchschnittlich. Erschwerend ist, dass man die einzelnen Zutaten mit Plastikdeckeln abdeckt, die nirgends abgelegt werden können, so dass es ein heillosen Geklapper gab, sobald sich jemand bedienet. Zum Glück übertönt von zwei Fernsehern und gleichzeitig laufender Kaufhausmusik. Das Mobiliar in der Suite war bestimmt mal schön. Jetzt sind billige Baumwollhussen über ehemals weiße Ledersessel gespannt und alles etwas abgenutzt.

Très bien situé, en plein cœur d’Olbia, stationnement inclus, à pied de tout.

Cons:

Si vous voyagez avec beaucoup de bagages, ma chambre était petite donc peut-être prévoir une chambre plus grande. Il est possible d’en prendre des plus grandes l’hôtel offre différentes grandeurs de chambre. Les portes de la douche étaient brisées. Et la salle de bain avait besoin d’un peu de réparation. Au déjeuner, les croissants qui sont extrêmement délicieux sont mis au compte goutte, ce qui fait que quand on est plusieurs, il faut attendre pour déjeuner.

I would return to Hotel Regina Elena and if you are cyclists they are very helpful .
Pros:

The staff were so helpful in accomodating our needs as cyclists.The breakfasts were well presented meeting all the needs and tastes of various nations.The location was central, close to trains and reasonably close to the airport

Cons:

The air conditioner was not consistent in cooling .It often turned itself off at night .Fortunately the door opened up the outside to allow cooler air .
