Great location in the heart of Olbia.
Pros:

The location is excellent - right on a little piazza with a wine bar and restaurant.
The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable, overlooking the piazza.

Zentrale Lage mit Hoteleigenen Parkplätzen in der Nähe
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum von Olbia. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Das Hotel verfügt über Parkplätze in der Nähe, welche Nachts mit einem Tor verschlossen werden. Allerdings sind diese gebührenpflichtig, bzw. mit € 9.-- / Tag für ein Motorrad auf einem nicht gedeckten Parkplatz teuer.

Cons:

Wegen lauter Musik in den Strassen bis nach Mitternacht war es im Zimmer sehr laut, trotz geschlossenem Fenster.
Die Klimaanlage konnte im Zimmer nicht geregelt werden, ist wohl zentral gesteuert.

Die Lage ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Die 4 Sterne hat das Hotel in der Lotterie gewonnen, oder? Zimmer karg. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht. Fenster kann man nicht öffnen wegen Höllenlärm. Dusche runter gekommen. Frühstück passabel, man wurde satt, aber um Kaffee musste man schon betteln.

La posizione della struttura è ottima in centro città da dove facilmente si raggiunge la stazione e le fermate dei pullman. Nelle vicinanze locali commerciali e di ristorazione facilmente accessibili.

Cons:

La stanza prenotata era basica, quindi nella norma. Particolare anomalo l’ho riscontrato nell’affaccio, un balcone non accessibile, l’apertura era una finestra. La colazione andrebbe rivista, essenziale.
Sgradevole l’accoglienza, è stata richiesta una capazza di €100 nonostante la camera era stata saldata prima dell’arrivo.
L’ammontare della caparra era segnalato sulle note di booking, non mi era mai capitato.

Tutto sommato positivo. Con maggiore cura ai particolari sarebbe un ottimo hotel!

Ottima posizione in pieno centro! Staff cortese. Buona colazione(forse).

Cons:

La reception chiusa tra le 22:30 e le 7:30 in un hotel a quattro stelle non è un buon servizio. La reception chiusa non permette poi di accedere nella hall dell'hotel e quindi non permette di potersi intrattenere lì. Inoltre la colazione viene servita dalle 7.30 in poi. Sarebbe meglio anticiparla (almeno dalle ore 7:00). In un hotel a quattro stelle non è bello che il coperchio del wc sia rotto o che nel bagno della hall (cui si può accedere solo chiedendo le chiavi in reception) manchino salviette per le mani e carta igienica.
