Pros:

Reception staff were excellent- so helpful and kind when I had lost my mobile. Very good hotel in great situation with a panoramic view of the town and very central. Comfy bed and lovely breakfast and staff.

Pros:

The place was super well located, very comfortable and staff were very helpful. We also appreciated that they had gluten- free options at breakfast

Cons:

If you do the check-out before 7:30 you have to go do it at a different hotel, but it is very close and the staff there were also very kind and we had our breakfast there.

Friendly staff

Cons:

You notice that the hotel is a bit out of date for example one has to close the shutters for the shower really carefully, they are that old and fragile they can just tumble out. But instead of fixing this one has to make a 50 Euro deposit in case something breaks.
Hotel is quite noisy.

Perfect location
Pros:

All the staffI met here were wonderful. Check-in was easy and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is good, not too far from the train station and in the heart of the old town. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. Lots for choices and very nice coffee.

Cons:

The WiFi was challenging to say the least. The shower screen was just hanging on.
