Grand View lived up to name.
Pros:

it was a grand view! but slow internet, 400kbs?? and had to pay extra 100Yuan for ANY cutlery or dishing, BYO Dishes??

Pros:

The only good thing is location. The quality of room is too poor. It is spacious but it doesn't make you feeling comfortable. The service is disappointing, always telling you to accept reality such as the shower is slow and the TV in bedroom is not for using. Very frustrating indeed.

除了地点一流，其他都不咋地
Pros:

先说好的，地点是无可挑剔。旁边是正佳广场，四周都是逛街吃饭的地方，离地铁站也近。非常方便，这也是个贵价的旺地。
再说坏的：硬件非常的差，房间靠近洗手间的墙壁有漏水渗水，墙纸已不堪入目。床垫非常的差，先不说弹簧都快能感觉到了，翻个身都会响两人互相影响。一整晚的不知道是空调还是透风设施，一直非常的响。这几点加起来，让我神经衰弱根本睡不着。
换句话说，还好这是我用免费晚上换的酒店，要是我真的订了这家酒店，我真是想吐血。7天的房间都比它好。如果是一家4个人（一个房间有上下层，两个床），而且对墙上的污迹可视而不见，而且睡眠质量超好不论噪音床垫如何都能睡得着的话，可以订。

Never even want to visit this hotel again
Pros:

One of the worst hotel I ever stay. The place to checked in is just a counter and trying to convince me I don't make any reservation. I was looking at them selling the room for walk in.

立地は◎。周囲にデパート、イオン、日本食レストランも複数有り。 地下鉄駅までは徒歩7、8分くらい。空港直通バスもホテル近くに止まるようです。 部屋は広いもののあまり機能的では無く、キッチン完備していますが、食器と調理器具は無し。 コーヒーカップとグラスが2セット有るのみ。 使い捨ての皿などは、イオンで買えます。 バスはシャワーのみ。 洗濯乾燥機と書いて有りましたが、洗濯機でした。 また英語はフロントでも殆んど通じません。 広州に慣れていて、自分でいろいろ動ける人には、あの場所でこの価格は良い感じです。 逆に広州が初めてで中国語が苦手な人には、ストレスを感じそうです。

Pros:

Location was great. It was close to large shopping mall and right next door to Marriott and Nike.
Listed as having washer/dryer. Please note that there was no dryer. Only figured that out after washing a load. Had to hang clothes all around the apartment..

設備未能完全可以運作。整體都可以。
Pros:

我訂了四間房，整體都可以，但是我自己住那間的燈未完全裝好，樓梯燈全部及廳燈有一半不能開。保險箱調校密碼提示不清楚及冇固定位置，好容易被人整個搬走，唔安全冇信心用。冇幫我們補回一些日用品。另一間也有燈開不了。最好以後要檢查所有的設備齊全，才給客人住。

Central location, with good room but would have preferred carpeted flooring. Aircon and cleaniness is good. Beds were good too.

Pros:

Location is good...near to Grand View Mall and Tee Mall. Share the same building as Marriott. Room condition not well maintained. Blown lightings not replaced. Spacious room. Service at front desk is bad...can't speak English.

Good for family and shopping
Pros:

This is a very good hotel for family of 4 as it has 2 beds, one in each storey. Location near to shopping center and metro station which make your travel very easy. The only bad thing is the hot water system. You will only have the hot water for about 20 min and then you have to wait for about 30 min in order to have the hot water again. So, taking shower for 4 persons will need more than 1 hr. I will still choose this hotel again when travelling to Guangzhou.

Fantastic Hotel For Family
Pros:

This was the 2nd times I'm staying in this hotel. It is good for a family of 4 as it has a double storey each with a double bed. The room is big with 2 bath room. Location of the hotel is at 1 of the shopping mall and surround with others shopping complex. Metro station is just about 5 to 10 min walk. To me, everything is good and my family members love it. This will always be the 1st priority hotel we will choose when we are in Guangzhou. Furthermore, the room rate is also very reasonable.
