5 star hotel that met our expectations. So, no need for too many details. Lovely property, in an excellent location. Professional, friendly staff. Impeccable housekeeping. We enjoyed the welcome snacks, the nightly service with full ice bucket, the in room clothes steamer. I'd love a kettle, but picky picky.
We were fortunate enough to stay at The Langham for a reunion trip for a few close friends. The entire experience was perfect from the check in process to dining to high tea to a nightcap at the bar. Every employee was professional and friendly, we will be staying here again for our next Chicago reunion!

Perfect stay at the Club Lounge, Kids' Suite, and all hotel facilities. The Lounge is a must! We also enjoyed the room - house keeping are detailed in cleanliness and thoughtfulness. They even placed a kids' robe in our room.

The atmosphere is elegant yet inviting, with a cool, modern feel that makes every stay special. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrive. The food is excellent, and everything throughout the hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained.
