Me and three friends stayed at The Langham while visiting Chicago for Lollapalooza, and we decided to splash out on a bit of luxury for a few days during our road trip.
All I can say is wow. The rooms, staff and facilities were all amazing, and it was exactly what we needed after a few days on the road. The hotel felt properly luxurious, and the beds were some of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in.
We also made use of the pool area, which was fantastic and made the stay feel even more relaxing. Overall, it was a brilliant experience from start to finish.
10/10 — would definitely recommend.

The Langham is an amazing hotel. Staff so attentive and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Club Lounge is well worth the extra cost.
I highly recommend a stay at the Langham Chicago. The attention to detail is unmatched by other area hotels. If you are traveling with little ones it is extremely family friendly and is well appointed to keep your kids entertained during your stay. 10/10

Location. Clean and quiet room.
Upon arriving at the check in time we were told the room was not ready and they had no idea when it would be. Super tired after a multi hour drive we couldn’t even take a shower or change clothes. Had to wait for 2 hours (!). When we finally stepped in the room, our luggage was not there even though they had said it would be taken care of. Called the reception, reminded them. 30 minutes later (!!) we finally got our stuff.
They did offer a “credit for the inconvenience”. $150 which didn’t even cover the 2-night parking. That’s it. No complimentary upgrades, breakfast, drinks or something to make it less annoying.

Wonderful, classy hotel. Perfect location rooms are as you would expect a five star hotel to be, comfortable and clean. View of the Chicago river was wonderful. Everything was easy and lovely. Staying at this hotel made our Chicago trip so memorable
