Absolutely the best method I have ever had! The Reception staff are lovely, and the mass was fantastic!

Very wonderful hotel. All the personal is very kind and helpful. I come in Egypt every month and I always come to this hotel. Wael from navigator will help you with all the movement and tours. He is very good. Number one.

We had an excellent breakfast experience at the hotel. The place was very clean and well organized, and the atmosphere was calm and comfortable—perfect for starting the day. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, including both Eastern and Western dishes, and everything tasted fresh and delicious.

The staff were very professional, friendly, and attentive. They made sure guests felt welcome and were always ready to help. The seating area was also comfortable and suitable for families and friends to enjoy their meal.

Overall, it was a wonderful breakfast experience, and we would definitely recommend it to others. We look forward to visiting again.

I follow Jain dietary restrictions, and finding suitable food while traveling can often be challenging. At Renaissance Cairo, this concern was completely taken away. Chef Ayeman made a sincere effort to understand my requirements and ensured I could enjoy a variety of local Egyptian dishes prepared specially for me. Being able to experience traditional food such as Om Ali, couscous, falafel, koshary, and fateer—while fully adhering to my diet—was truly exceptional and something I deeply appreciated.
The restaurant experience was made even better by Hager, who was consistently supportive, attentive, and proactive. She ensured everything was comfortable at each meal and handled requests with warmth and professionalism.
The arrival experience was seamless thanks to Habiba at the reception, who managed the check-in efficiently and with a welcoming attitude. Her courtesy and attention to detail set a very positive first impression.
The hotel property is impressive—spacious, well maintained, and located in a very convenient area. I especially enjoyed the pool, gym, and spa facilities, which were all excellent and well managed.
