A very welcoming hotel, close to the airport and with good facilities to meet all kinds of needs. We were upgraded, and our room was really great.
For me, however, the main highlight was not the room, the facilities, or the proximity to the airport, but the friendly and welcoming team who work there and made our stay truly enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Hotel in Mirage City, and I would like to highlight the exceptional level of service I received.
Everything was smooth, professional, and well-organized, but I want to give special thanks to Saif at the airport. His service was truly outstanding — extremely helpful, polite, and professional. From the first moment, he made the experience easy and stress-free, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attitude and attention to detail genuinely reflect the high standards of the Renaissance brand.
Thanks to Saif and Wael and the entire team, my experience started and ended on a very positive note. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, professionalism, and excellent hospitality.

Our stay at the Renaissance Hotel was absolutely outstanding. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived, and the service throughout our stay was genuinely world-class. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond, and they do it with sincerity and a warm smile that makes you feel welcomed and completely at home.

A very special thank you to the concierge team — Mr. Abdou and Mr. Sherif. These two gentlemen were nothing short of incredible. They arranged all my transportation to and from the airport flawlessly and assisted with everything else I needed during my visit. Their support, professionalism, and genuine kindness made a real difference. I cannot thank them enough.

Now the breakfast experience… truly 7 stars. The quality of the food, the cleanliness, the presentation, and the huge variety of choices were all 10/10. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels around the world, but this breakfast stands out as one of the very best I have ever had.

A massive thank you as well to Mr. Tamer, the Restaurant Manager. He sets a standard that is simply unmatched. He leads the team brilliantly, and you can see his impact everywhere — the staff are attentive, fast, and proactive. You barely look in their direction and someone is already there to help, with zero waiting time. Mr. Tamer personally checks on guests with a genuine smile, making sure everyone is happy and nothing is missing. His leadership elevates the entire dining experience.

We had a wonderful 24-hour layover in Cairo with our family (two adults and two grown boys), and our stay at the Renaissance Cairo City Marriott Hotel truly exceeded expectations.

From the very beginning, the experience was seamless thanks to the outstanding concierge, Hisham. He thoughtfully arranged a VIP meet-and-greet service at Cairo Airport, and Ahmet ensured we breezed through immigration and customs with ease - an absolute game changer after a long flight and invaluable for making the most of a short stay.

Hisham also organized unforgettable sightseeing with our knowledgeable and friendly guide, Abdoull. Visiting the Pyramids, the Citadel, and enjoying shopping around Cairo were highlights of our trip. Abdoull’s deep knowledge, clear explanations, and warm personality brought Cairo’s history and culture vividly to life.

Back at the hotel, the Executive Lounge was exceptional, and a special mention to the Executive Chef, who went above and beyond to accommodate our vegetarian dietary preferences. The vegetable biryani and vegetarian sushi rolls were delicious and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel truly cared for.

The entire staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, and we greatly appreciated the early check-in, which allowed us to start exploring Cairo immediately without delay.

Overall, the perfect way to experience Cairo during a short layover. Exceptional service, memorable experiences, and warm hospitality—highly recommended, and we would gladly return.

The hotel is very elegant. I was really impressed with the gym it had the newest tip notch equipment. The trainers were extremely helpful and would go above and beyond to help you.

Our experience at the Renaissance was excellent, as always, anywhere in the world. The hotel staff were extremely kind, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. In particular, Mr Wael was exceptionally helpful with organising our tours. As he perfectly put it, “we just dreamed, and he arranged everything.” Thanks to him, everything was seamless and truly memorable.

This is an excellent hotel located near the Cairo International airport. The breakfast here has a huge variety and there is something for everyone. Temer and his crew do a fantastic job of taking care of the guests even the badly behaved Americans and Europeans who demand pork, yell and scream at the wait staff or chefs. Not once did I see the hotel staff lose their composure. The rooms are excellent and the hotel is very well maintained. Would certainly recommend and visit again.

Charming and relaxing hotel located close to the airport and lots of attractions. Staff are extremely friendly. Love the brwakfast, the Chinese restaurant is great and the gym is full of modern equipment.

We have a long flight ahead of us and wanter to freshen up before after a day of touting. Hager was wonderful. She was very attentive. I really enjoyed my experience.

The gym is well equipped, very clean, and comfortable to use. After training, the massage was excellent and truly good value for money — professional staff and very relaxing.

Staff are very supportive, specially restaurent's staff and their manager Mr. Tam . As I am pur vegetarian, they are trying to provide different options to me.

Very nice hotel with a good gym and very friendly staff. Also good restaurants and the breakfast is what you need to start a day of business.
