이불이 특히 포근하고 좋다. 묵직하고 포근한 이불을 좋아하는데 그렇다. 에어컨냄새도 안나고 시원햇다.
객실에 주방도구와 전자렌지있는것이 매우 좋다!! 시설 최고다!

Breakfast was really good and fresh every morning. Special thanks to Tanushree for taking care of us. She was very attentive and always make sure everything was perfect. Great service!

The room cleaning service was excellent. Nagaraj was very kind, polite, and did a wonderful job cleaning the room. He was thorough and made sure everything was neat and spotless. Really appreciate his effort!

Rooms are very spacious and includes various amenities. Breakfast is nice and diverse. Room cleaning service people like Nagaraj ji were really kind and respectful. And so were the people at desk. Overall I believe I will miss this place.

Great experience overall, Debashish (Dev) in the Oakleaf Lounge was super helpful. The great staff here is what makes this hotel worth its name. Dev was very professional and considerate, and understood my preferences with respect to food very soon, and would go above and beyond in serving certain items for breakfast. This special treatment definitely adds a feather to the cap of Oakwood. I wish all the staff of Oakwood success in their respective roles!

We recently stayed at Oakwood Residence, Whitefield, Bangalore for a month and it was an amazing experience for me and my family.
Right from the time we checked in (around 4am in the morning) and the time we checked out, the entire staff right from the security guards and the front office desk staff (Ankita, Surjan, Sebak, Prem and others) was always helpful and wished me and family each time we entered and left the hotel. They always greeted us with a smile, opened the doors and elevators for us and always asked us for our well being.

I think that the overall experience of your stay depends on all aspects of the services that are provided by the facility. We were situated in a super deluxe 2 room accommodation with a good sized kitchen and all the appliances needed.

The cleaning team were simply amazing, starting right with Nagarajan, Neelamoy and Sneha. They made sure that our room were cleaned thoroughly each time we asked them and also they catered to our last minutes needs such as getting us fresh towels, making beds, changing sheets, vacuuming and wiping the floors, restocking our dishwasher and washer dryer. They always were cordial and smiling regarding our ask.

One of the other major aspects of anyone’s stay is the food at the facility and the staff that serves you and I would say since I travel a lot for my work, it was one of best experiences especially for my family. The entire staff starting with Sanjay, Koushik, Subham, Tanu, Sagar, Jay Chandra, Deva, Ankush were always eager and happy to help, they catered to all our needs and then some.

We were especially pleased that they celebrated my daughter’s birthday at the hotel with a cake and candles and the whole deal. This was really a pleasant surprise to all of us as we came back in the evening after a long day outside the hotel.

Overall, I was really glad with the entire experience and would highly recommend to anyone planning to stay there for any duration. The Oakwood Residence staff
