We’ve been staying in a one-bedroom apartment at Oakwood Residence Whitefield for over two weeks and are thoroughly enjoying our stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean, spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast is delicious and the dishes are changed daily. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Here are a few names to mention:

I stayed in Oakwood in Delux (room with balcony) for about 18 months. Oakwood staffs are all very professional and genuinely friendly. Important thing in Bangalore is that it is clean. I would also like to call out specific staff from the dining area Arijit, who helped me with breakfast for my sensitive diet (gluten, lactose etc.) He made my 18 months stay homely. Thank you

Debashish has been so helpful during my stay. He is always cheerful and helpful. He is willing to bring more food and coffee and he is so friendly. I will miss his smiling face when I leave.

We stayed here for a month while visiting my sister. Every morning Debashish remembered my favorite coffee order and had it ready for me, complete with a smiley face in the foam. What a wonderful start to my day! I would highly recommend this hotel for the excellent service from all the staff. The front desk staff, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff were always there to help with anything needed. The hotel amenities were great too and everything is kept very clean.

The hotel is in a silent locality though it is attached to a mall. The rooms have ample space and amenities. The pantry is good enough for a family's needs. The bathroom is clean, well-maintained and hygienic. Food was good and the staff were very much amicable. The TV however was a let down as it was not smart and hence no OTT even if you have a subscription. Entry is wrong in Google Maps and hence lost the direction. The cab driver has to ask bystanders for direction.

I had a great stay at Oakwood Residence Whitefield. Special thanks to Nagaraj from the housekeeping team. He is very nice, gentle, polite, and professional. The room cleaning was done perfectly, and he always made sure everything was clean and comfortable. His service really made the stay pleasant. Highly appreciated.

Overall, I had a good stay. Both the front desk staff's helpfulness was impressive, including one trainee called Ayan (if I got his name correctly). He was polite and very keen to offer his assistance. The cafe crew members were also very nice.

I was also impressed by the water dispenser and the accompanying message. It's 'striking' on the good side👍 I hope the hotel will continue on its environmental endeavours.

I noticed a few cate staff worked long hours in consecutive days. I hope their health and other welfare are not overlooked.

The location is another big plus it’s well connected and conveniently close to a mall, which makes daily needs and dining options easily accessible.

What really stands out is the room service staff. They are extremely helpful, polite, and always approachable. A special mention to Ashok and Kartik for their friendly attitude and consistent support, which has made the stay even more pleasant.

Overall, the experience has been excellent, smooth, and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend Oakwood Residency to anyone looking for comfort, good connectivity, and great service

I used to stay in 1131, nagaraju is a room service here , he used to do it all neatly clean and I like his service a lot , tomorrow is my last day in the hotel , I like the amenities in this hotel a lot as well, so next time if i visit again want to start in this hotel only again if it's costly also.

But try to arrange any dairy or at least one from the reception side to the people who start for a few days or more , it will give them a good impression
