This hotel has a great location running in front of the famous Scandinavian mall that is pretty much the best part of it. The Hotel have established several “Green” rules, but in a way that feels more like that trying to save some bucks. The worst part was they never told us he had to actually ask for the room to be serviced. We didn’t get our room cleaned for almost 2 days and I had to go to the reception a few times to make sure that they were going to Clean it. That’s really awful for a so-called quality Hotel.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. When I tried to enter my room, my key card did not work. It turned out that a woman from the neighboring room had been able to access my room through an unlocked connecting door between the rooms. She had showered in my room, used my towel, and stored personal belongings there.
The most serious issue is the matter of security. I was staying alone, and it is extremely unsettling to know that a complete stranger could enter my room without my knowledge. The hotel later locked the connecting door, but I received neither an apology nor an explanation.
In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable for a hotel.

Det fanns en kvinnlig personal som var otrevlig och vägrade hjälpa till, samt vet hon ej hur hotellet som hon arbetar på har för funktioner. Första gången jag bokade ett rum på ett hotell så var jag jätte nöjd, man kunde logga in bland annat Netflix och YouTube, där man kunde kolla. Den senaste gången så fanns ej de funktionerna på de nya rummet och frågade personalen om detta om vi kunde få ett nytt rum då jag betalade mer pga bättre upplevelse, då svarade hon nej och att hon ej vet något om att de finns Netflix och YouTube.

The location was excellent. Strawberry Arena and Mall of Scandinavia are right next to the hotel, which made everything very convenient.
I didn’t like the design of the room. The walls looked dirty and had a vandalism/graffiti-like style, which made the room feel unclean even if it wasn’t. I also didn’t like the dark black color scheme of the room. I would have preferred a brighter and more welcoming interior.
