Terrible and I advise booking some place else
Pros:

Nothing as they bumped me and two colleges, all three of us had no communication from them related to this, and it’s just as well I rang to inform
them we had a delayed flight, and wouldn’t arrive till Circa 1.30am, at this stage they told me we didn’t have any rooms due to “a technical issue”. So we booked just before taking off with a much more reliable hotel chain. Thanks for nothing “Quality hotel”. And it’s a shame you don’t live up to your name.

Poor communication, and no respect for paying guests or rooms it seems

Slitet rum eller så var rummet inte klart efter renoveringen? Hårda kuddar samt dåligt med avställningsytor i duschen och kort sladd till hårtorken. Badrummet var dock fräscht

Schönes Hotel mit guter Anbindung und sehr gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Zimmer im 16. Stock hatte eine unglaubliche Aussicht. Das Restaurant ist im 25. Stock. Abendessen bei einem unglaublichen Sonnenuntergang. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt.
