They gave me a non empty room

The proximity to the mall of Scandinavia

Cons:

When I did the check in, they gave me the keys to a room. The problem is that the room was occupied! I entered the room and it had a suitcase, clothes, etc. I quickly ran to reception and they gave me other room. They just told me that the previous person didnt do the checkout, but I think it is a lame response, they should always review that a room is clean and empty before assigning it to a new guest.

Personalen vid receptionen som gjorde vi fick komma in lite tidigare Samt att han fråga vilken våning vi ville bo på . Så min systerdotter valde såklart våning 24.
O där fick vi rummet med en fin utsikt!

Pros:

Allt super bra, mycket trevlig personal, roligt med melodifestivalen på köpet. Nära till allt, gallerian, arena. Återkommer gärna i augusti när The Weeknd spelar.

Pros:

Välstädat och fint rum!

Cons:

Kranen i handfatet var placerad för nära kanten vilket gjorde att vatten stänkte över alla mina produkter som var placerade på bänken intill handfatet. Produkternas värde var ca 1000 kr vilket påtalades för receptionen utan någon som helst förståelse eller kompensation.

Frukosten var riktigt tråkig, äggröran var torr, pannkakorna sega, tomt på väldigt många brickor, väntade länge på att det skulle fyllas på men det skedde inte.

Pros:

Frukost var okey men det var högljutt och riktigt stökigt med folk.

Cons:

Det mesta, rummet hade varken fönster eller ett skrivbord som man kunde jobba vid.
