Pros:

I liked everything. The staff. The bed. The location. It was all amazing.

Cons:

If you look for something you don’t like you will find it. I don’t look for the bad. My toilet broke the first night but they fixed it by 9am the next day. Things go wrong, that’s life. But they fixed it quickly and efficiently. That’s all that matters.

Pros:

Had the most horrible night in a hotel ever. Noise and commotion throughout the night
Staff did nothing about this . Scared to get out to go to reception and complain. No phone in room for communication.

Just amazing
Pros:

I love staying here the staff are amazing especially Simon best hotel by far and our cat Mr Pickles loves it too :)
