Just it was close to port
Where do I start, I booked 4 rooms, 3 of them had poor A/C cooling, we asked staff at reception, a guest ( we assumed he is a local) came in the room as well to check. The receptionist said the cooling is ok, but all night we could not sleep, and the fan was too small to cool the room. Also 1hr before check out the cleaner kicked us of the room. When we confronted the reception staff, she said no, no, you still have time, you can go back up, it’s because the cleaner is foreign and she can’t communicate well. I am sorry that is not an excuse. I asked for a cot for my 1 year old. The hotel asked me to bring linen from home! And when we opened the cot we found not mattress!

Zimmer zwar funktional, aber wirklich klein. Kein Schrank, aber auch zu wenige Haken.
Good location, easy walk to cruise terminal
It was very hot in the room, air cooling system didn't work very well
It was nice and close to the cruise ports and also plenty shopping around.
Rooms were a bit stuffy with no air con and the fan provided didn't do alot.

The cost of the room was too much considering the room wasn't in the best condition.
Perfect location to visit Paultons Park. I was expecting to have to pay for parking so when the hotel receptionist 'exempted' it, I was pleased.
Breakfast wasn't good at all. Not much choice, ran out of bowls mid service, messy, small and compact area to eat in.
