We really enjoy our stay.
Pros:

Facility, convenient location, washer/dryer, cold water dispenser, well equipped bathroom.

WiFi is weak, not useable. We have our own call and data plan, so WiFi is not essential.

走廊有煙味，幸好煙味不會蔓延進房間，而且洗澡的熱水只要其他房客也同時在洗澡就不會熱了，一間旅館這種設備真的不行

Pros:

Spacious and clean enough room.
Comfortable bed.
Good price for the location.

Cons:

No soundproofing. We heard light switches, running water, taps closing on/off and love noises! XD Bring ear plugs.
Building is older than expected.
TV system was lagging. It was not responsive after switching on so we reset it and then it worked.

お風呂の清潔感がイマイチ
Pros:

部屋が広くて外の景色が見れたのでよかった。
テレビも時々フリーズすることがあったが、ディズニーチャンネルでずっとディズニーの映画が見れたのでよかった。
部屋のエアコンに暖房機能がついていたのでよかった。
浴室以外のところは快適だった。

Cons:

浴槽のふち、壁に黒カビが大量に発生していたため気になって、お風呂にゆっくり浸かれなかったので残念だった。
Wi-Fiが部屋のパスワードを入力しても繋がらなかった。

ゆっくりともう何泊かしたかった！
Pros:

広くて使い易い大きな洗面台が玄関とベッドの間にあってすごく便利な間取りでした！大体のホテルの間取りはトイレ扉を開けるとそこに洗面台もあったりしますがそれが嫌でした。理由はそういう作りの洗面台は狭いし、連れが用を足したら臭いが気になりしばらくの間使うのを待ったりと、総合的に汚いなという印象を受けてしまいます。
だからこそ、この間取りは自由が効き最高だと思います！

Les +: la chambre est grande, un grand lit.
Les - : la recprion del 'hotel est au 3 eme etage, les indications (en anglais) sont minuscules. L'etat des parties générales est médiocre, la moquette au sol est vielle et sale tout est poussiéreux. Les rideaux de la chambre étaient troués et poussiéreux. Il y avait de moissisure dans la salle de bain, le rideau de la salle de bain en était plein. J'ai eu un mot d'excuse et des biscuits.

お部屋がとても綺麗。
フロントの方の対応が素晴らしい。日本語が流暢で、ガイドブックをいただいたり、お菓子を紹介してくださったり、細やかな心遣いが嬉しかったです。
近くにコンビニと、有名なお店があるので食べ物には困らないかと思います。
個人的に台北駅も徒歩圏内の立地（徒歩20分ほど）で、九份に向かう高速バスの路線も近くを通るので、観光にもうってつけの良いホテルだと思います。

Pros:

部屋はとても綺麗です。受付も日本語で対応してくれたので助かりました。
無線LANがありますが電波弱いです。
浴室のバスタブにあったシャワーは熱湯しか出なかったので、隣にあるシャワーを使いました。並びに全家（ファミリーマート）、斜め前にセブンあります。便利です。
また次回利用したいです。

鉄道駅からは遠いが、また利用したいと思うホテルです。
Pros:

立地についてはMRTのどの駅からも距離があり遠いです。
中山地下街の「R79　誠品書店（エレベーター有）」の
出口から徒歩で約8分でした。ホテルすぐ近くにある
youbikeを使えば主な観光地は十分にまわれます。
設備について、共用部に洗濯機と乾燥機あり。
フロント階には給水機と電子レンジあり。
