就員工講話很酸 不舒服 也沒有道歉

認真覺得員工要加強訓練以及跟客人說好的態度～
我的信用卡已線上刷卡1309$元 入住時員工說要再刷一次但刷不過 說我卡片有問題 但我的卡片明明才剛刷過 如何有問題？

後來又要再刷一次 但我的信用卡額度已用滿 無法再刷 員工說先退刷保證金給我再刷 但退刷也不會馬上恢復額度 我的卡片額度又已經用滿 就一直僵在那邊

員工就說：不然你改付現呀～反正才一千多塊應該還好吧？（聽起來有點酸）
我不太願意 因為身上的錢是待會要請朋友吃飯用的 不想再去領錢 而且我明明已經線上付款完成✅ 為何會是說只有刷保證金而已？ 不太理解

我說我額度不夠再刷一次 那筆保證金就已經是我住宿的預算了 如果要再拿出一筆現金或者繳費進信用卡 等於暫時又要多出一筆預算（雖然保證金會退刷 但當下又要再拿出一筆錢的感受不是非常好～）

員工說：那是您的理財方式的問題～而且信用卡不是本來就該多留一些額度嗎？（我聽完秒爆氣 旅館員工何必教育我理財的方式 真心覺得這些話很不舒服 加上前面說一千多應該還好吧？ 感覺都充滿諷刺跟瞧不起的感覺）

但我也不想再花時間爭 只好先動用要請朋友吃飯的錢 先付現金了事 而且居然還要18:00後才能入住 真的是聞所未聞的入住時間🤷
