Me gusto el servicio

Instead we have a foreign passports they charge us taxes.

Our stay was fine but at the time of booking it said that breakfast was included but when we arrived it was not.

No respetaron nuestra tarifa que teníamos desayuno les enseñamos la tarifa que nosotros pagamos y les enseñamos las pruebas de la página de Internet que reservamos con ustedes y no nos reservaron el desayuno nos quedamos una semana y nos pasaron a hacer la limpieza una vez

We were forced to stay here after our flight was delayed. Wouldn't have been our choice, the hotel rep was very helpful at the airport due to multiple flights being cancelled/delayed and thousands of passengers stranded.

Mucho ruido en recepción desde muy temprano y se oye desde las habitaciones, se gritan entre los empleados.

Me gusto el personal atento, No te llevas ninguna sorpresa de cambios de precios o pagos adicionales que es muy favorable. un punto con lugares de comida cercanos, muy céntrico y la zona agradable.

lo que tal vez podría ser un punto de mejora es el estacionamiento, pues el parqueadero es para un número muy limitado de vehículos versus la cantidad de habitaciones, así que si piensas llevar o alquilar Vehículo, consulta la disponibilidad.

Good located and less expensive hotel. Near to agora convention center in Bogota

Es un hotel sencillo, muy bien ubicado, en una zona segura, caminable, con muchos restaurantes, a unos pasos de CORFERIAS y el Centro de Convenciones Ágora.
El personal es muy amable y atento.

Bueno lo recomiendo y todo queda cerca un poco de ruido por la avenida pero ests bien

la comododidad me gusto mucho habia suficiente espacio en la habitacion
no me gusto el desayuno

Escogí una habitación en hotel splendor que aparece en la foto y me enviaron a una habitación de un hotel diferente que no pertenece a la foto que ofrecen, un engañó al cliente

Just a bit warm. The air was very still. No airflow but everything else was great

Hotel was as expected but Internet was the Worst I've had in Bogota. I stayed 1 night due to cancelled flights. Could not get online and when online, signal was almost useless. I would rarely complain of this but needed it to rebook flights etc and my data was not working on my cell. Very frustrating. Other than that staff were amazing.

Tuve que reservar en este hotel debido a que el que había elegido no aceptó la reserva. Ante esto tuve que buscar otra opción te este hotel lo fue.
El personal fue muy amable al momento del check-in. Se me asignó una habitación con vista a la calle y no sentí el ruido.
Lo único malo es que la televisión por cable fallaba por momentos y el wifi también fue algo intermitente.
El desayuno incluido fue muy sencillo pero bueno.
Volvería a este hotel por el precio que se puede obtener.
Está en la Avenida "La Esperanza" justo a unos metros de "Corferias".

This hotel is located in a very busy street so the rooms that are facing the street is kind of noisy, and especially now that the construction across the street starts at 6 AM. But what made this hotel an excellent place to be was the great customer service in the front desk. Both Nelly and Layman are excellent. They go the extra mile to make you feel at home. They were so patient with all the people that were there for a mayor conference. Thanks for your hospitality! My only complain is the WIFI service, they need to fix that situation. It is very slow!

Creo que se podría mejorar bastante en el servicio y las facilidades que se les da a los clientes.
