櫃檯服務人員，服務態度有待進步
房間熱水，水壓太低，勉強可以洗澡，但要等待數分鐘才會有熱水慢慢流出，入住八晚，第七個晚上聽到其他的房客在投訴，「入住了兩個月沒有熱水」「投訴期間接無人反應」
在這位客人的投訴當晚的隔天，終於有熱水了，我房間的熱水及水壓都恢復到一定的使用方式，感謝我在入住的第八個晚上能開心舒服的洗澡

Pros:

It's clean and comfortable over all, considering the cost of it. However, hopefully at my next return, the Inn can upgrade the shower room with a functional shower door..... not the pain shower curtain.... draging water to the floor... a a pain.

Cheap for a reason
Pros:

not so good experience. difficult to locate the hotel. call made to the service desk was also not helpful. Dont think they actually bother to give u a good guide especially if you are new to the area. took me 30 mins to find the hotel.

the walls to the private room are also thin, so you can hear your neighbors snoring loudly.

Its a cheap stay so don't expect much. if u want a good rest then look somewhere else.

很多女性個人安全問題應被重視

服務員以毛巾擦馬桶桶體,不知道是不是我們在沐浴用的毛巾?女廁與男廁之間的感應門,常因為有女性入內後忘了將門閉合上,就會"門戶大開",令在裡面正在淋浴的女性感到非常的擔憂.廁所內部沒有放置衛生紙,也是一項令人十分困擾的情形.洗手台放置吹風機,這個不會引起公安的疑慮嗎?雖然房費相對低價,但會住得非常地憂心.

隔音太差
Pros:

雖然房間乾淨精巧，公共空間設備應有盡有，但還是遮掩不住隔音效果極差的事實。基本上隔壁房的正常音量講話、手機音樂、拉窗簾聲，根本就像你有個爛室友，睡一半還以為是誰在自己方房裡，沒戴耳塞就不要來住。

Great location, bathroom not clean nor the lockers
Pros:

It is a great location, but still not clean. Stayed there for a second time. The locker where your blanket and pillow are kept are not swept clean - instead - housekeeping just comes into each room == and the bathroom == with a long metal stick -- at the end of which is stick paper -- that's the extend of the cleaning. Never saw any damp moping nor any locker cleaning. Watch out for dirt from suitcase because of this.

Laundry - only one dryer and the other is still broken

this is my 2nd stay here - bathroom is not clean - housekeeping empties the garbage -- that's it. There is still hair on the floor and food particles in the sink despite signs being posted.

Staff is really helpful and tries to help.
