Pros:

The bathroom is spacious and has a window which is rare nowadays. The proximity to the new Daijjing bridge is cool...to bad we couldn't quite see it from the room.

Cons:

Very inflexible hotel...had to pay for the stay in a weird ATM machine in the lobby in 3 installments, breakfast is served at only 3 set times you have to select the day before, all too early. We had the best room in the hotel with supposedly the best views and it really wasn't all that nice. For the price, there are much more comfortable and better located hotels in Taipei we have since found. There is not much to do in the area, not a lot of restaurants or cafes, and they are basically all shut by 9pm.
