Una joya colonial con un servicio humano excepcional

El Hotel Boutique Don Pepe es una belleza arquitectónica que hace honor a los 500 años de la ciudad. Admirar los detalles de esta casona colonial es una experiencia en sí misma. Nos alojamos en familia ocupando 4 de sus 12 habitaciones y todos coincidimos: el confort es impecable. Camas, almohadas y lencería de alta calidad que garantizan un descanso placentero.

Lo mejor, sin duda, es el servicio al huésped. Nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos en todo momento. Mención especial para Liz, Jorge y Edgar, quienes demuestran una vocación de servicio admirable; su atención marca la diferencia.

Puntos a mejorar para la excelencia:

Limpieza de habitaciones: Notamos que el tendido de camas fue algo superficial algunos días, encontrando restos de arena del día anterior. Un poco más de detalle en esto elevaría la experiencia.

Mantenimiento de áreas comunes: Las piscinas son ideales para relajarse, pero en la del roof falta limpieza recurrente en los bordes debido a las palomas. Es un detalle fácil de solucionar que mejoraría mucho la higiene visual.

Pros:

Great hotel, we had a last minute deal so the price/value was really worth it.
Room was huge, the bed really comfortable and the shower great.

Staff was also very nice.

Cons:

The only thing i would improve would be to close the bathroom.
