Pros:

Everything fantastic, love this hotel exsept location, not so good. And no blind curtains in the room.

Pros:

1. Расположение: несмотря на то, что метро близко, добирать от него все равно неудобно (ни от Тукая, ни от Суконной слободы). Хоть отель и в центре, и район исторический, мало кто из таксистов (Татарстан) знает улицу или окрестности. 2. Обслуживание: персонал доброжелательный, опрятный, всегда подскажут (но не всегда верно) ) 3. Отель новый, 2013г., размещали СМИ Универсиады -2013. 4.Чистота: тут надо сказать что с каждым днем становится хуже, т.е. полотенце меняют, но ни ковер пропылесосить, ни кабинку помыть никто не собирался. 5. Удобство: надо понимать, что это не люкс. Но места, чтобы развернуться вполне хватает; зеркала в полный рост, и в туалете не тесно. 6. Отдельно : очень приятно были удивлены ранним заселением без доплаты, правда при задержке номера пришлось доплатить - почасовой тариф). Завтраки: выбор невелик- каша/омлет/яичница, бутерброды разные. Кофейные аппараты не выставляли, кофе типа нескафе в жестяной банке, чай норм. С водой странно - дают заварничек кипятка и все.

Небольшой отель, тихий, скромный, со своим духом. Отличное место где можно провести спокойный отдых.

Вполне ничего себе гостиница. Вид из окон не впечатлил - на поверхность оврага, в номере лишь мансардное окно имелось (4 этаж), поэтому наблюдал лишь звезды перед сном. Туалетные принадлежности на второй день проживания почему-то обновили не все. Включен в проживание завтрак, но весьма скуден: чай/кофе + блинчики/сосиски с рисовой кашей - шведский стол мне был бы более предпочтителен. Возможно скудность объясняется солидностью заведения - вечером средний чек ресторана "Сербия" составляет 1,5-2,5т.р.
