A pleasant stay in a great location, ideal for anyone looking to stay close to the heart of Taipei.
Pros:

The location was excellent, just steps away from Exit 6 of Ximen MRT Station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they spoke English. The view of Ximen Square from my room was stunning, and the room was fairly spacious compared to others in the area.

Cons:

The hotel entrance wasn't very easy to find. Although the building itself is quite old and the hotel has been renovated, the room still felt a little dated, and I had expected it to be in slightly better condition.

Die Lage ist top. Super erreichbar und toll angebunden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider sehr dreckig. Diverse Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, die man beim beziehen des Bettes hätte sehen müssen (brauner Fleck ca 2cm). Außerdem waren auf dem Boden mehrere schwarze Haare. Der „weiße Sockentest“ hat ebenfalls eher enttäuschend.

위치가 정말 최고임. 가격 대비 훌륭함.
Pros:

위치 - 최고 중의 최고.
창문있고 크며, 환기 채광 좋음.
방은 깨끗하며, 벌레 없음. 수압도 최고. 오히려 너무 강하다고 할 정도.
번화가 입구인데도 방까지 소리가 안들어옴 (10층 인것도 감안)
가성비 최고.

가격을 더 주면 더 좋은 곳도 가겠지만, 이 가격에 이 정도면 매우 훌륭함.

Hotel 6 (kinds of mold)
Pros:

The pillows were nice, and the air conditioner worked.

Cons:

The overall standard of cleanliness is poor with the two rooms booked for our family having significant mold problems. One of the rooms, which had no external window had extensive visible mold patches on the walls.

Our other room, which did have external windows, only had mold in the bathroom. The external windows however faced on to the rear side side of an illuminated billboard attached to the building so that we had no view outside. An unexpected feature was that we could easily read in our room with the lights off thanks to the extra light reflected through the billboard.

There is is no soundproofing between rooms. From our room we could clearly hear our drunken neighbours arguing at 3:00am, as though they were in our room.

Also, the lock mechanism of the bathroom was broken so that the window could not be closed, allowing us to enjoy all the sounds of Ximen in our room at all times (as well.as the noise from our neighbours).

The toilets in the rooms are separated from the bedroom only by thin, barely frosted glass offering little privacy.

The TVs in the rooms are inaudiable even when set to maximum volume. Perhaps this is deliberate to mitigate the lack of soundproofing.

Oh, and there was no soap supplied for the hand basin.

Overall, Hotel 6l is poor value offering the features of a third rate hostel at budget hotel pricing.

Pros:

位置很好。離捷運站很近。
一進去，冷氣已經是開的狀態，剛好夏天去很熱，讓人覺得涼快。

Cons:

舊浴巾應該汰換了。連住兩天，雖然是使用更換後不同的浴巾，但都剛好碰到有一小塊明顯使用很久，已經薄得沒有毛了。
