Our most wonderful accommodation in Austria.
Pros:

At this accommodation, we were warmly welcomed and treated with love throughout. The entire staff was very attentive to my gluten-free diet. The staff and the owner were very kind during our stay. On my son's birthday, a decorated breakfast table and dinner table with champagne awaited us. We spent 3 weeks in Austria this summer, and this was our favourite place to stay. Thank you all very much and congratulations! We will come back here :)

Völserhof - Licht und Schatten
Pros:

Von außen in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, von innen aber viele neu renovierte Räume, so die Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich. Sehr freundliches Personal, gute ruhige Lage am Rand der Fußgängerzone.

Cons:

Abendessen enttäuschend, ideen- und geschmacklos.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Uns hat dieses Hotel wirklich sehr gut gefallen.
Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend: Man konnte Prosecco genießen, es gab eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Käsesorten, und Eier konnten ganz nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet werden – ob Omelett oder andere Varianten. Besonders schön war auch die große Auswahl an hochwertigen Teesorten, die man sich selbst frisch aufbrühen konnte.

Auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker, mit abwechslungsreichen und gut durchdachten Menüs.
Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und von hoher Qualität.
