Hotel muy bien ubicado y en un estado impecable
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones están en perfecto estado y la habitación muy limpia.

Cons:

Por ponerle algún pero, el no contar con parking propio y la variedad del desayuno es un poco justa para mí gusto.

It was a cute boutique hotel with most all the amenities. Wonderful central location, good breakfast and kind staff. When we closed our doors, we didn’t hear the other guests, which I assume meant the building had some kind of sound proofing between floors and in the walls.

Cons:

Would we stay there again? Absolutely. (The only thing I did not like is that the shower pressure wasn’t as powerful as I personally prefer. But hey, we had no problem getting clean, and that was the point. Oh, speaking of the shower, the glass door fully closed and did NOT leak onto the floor, which was great.

- Comfortable beds
- Nice, present and helpful staff. I needed a ironing board in a pinch and they proposed just leaving one in my room while I was away.
- Great location, dead center.
- 24h/24h lobby presence from the hotel staff

Very special well managed property. Very comfy. Great location. Near of everything: A Brasileira Cafe, Rua do Soto, Praca de la Republica, Jardim de Santa Barbara, restaurants, bus for Bom Jesus, an Auchan supermarket, all within 3 minutes. Also good positioned to make your way to the stadium.

Cons:

The tv running commercials was set to open as you entered the card was quite aggressive. Nevertheless was effective because i found out the Sun and Moon also run properties in Aveiro and Lisbon.
