Computer sais "NO"
Cons:

Van gastvrijheid of meedenken met de gasten is hier geen sprake. Volledig gebrek aan flexibiliteit. Het personeel staat er uitsluitend om.protocollen.af te draaien en doet dat ook niet goed (mijn gegevens konden ze niet vinden want "meneer, er staat heus niet altijd dezelfde persoon aan de receptie"(?)). Bij dreigend afwijken van policies wordt het personeel nerveus en gaat schreeuwen. Wellicht dat onder deze omstandigheden een computer de boel beter zou runnen. Als menselijke maat geen optie is, dan heb je volgens mij in het hotelwezen niet zoveel te zoeken.Administratief deugde het ook niet: twee kamers geboekt met twee bedden, maar één kamer had een tweepersoonsbed. Maar op zijn minst dan twee setjes lakens en dekens was dus ook.alweer buiten het beleid en dus onmogelijk. 1 voorbeeld van velen. No go.

We kwamen aan bij de locatie en deur was gesloten. Geen bel dus maar gebeld. Bij inchecken weer paspoort overleggen hoewel we 5 dagen eerder er ook al waren. De kamer stonk vreselijk, maar er was geen andere beschikbaar volge s de receptie
