Please note that the property can only be accessed via steep and narrow stairs.

Double or twin beds request is subject to the guest’s arrival.

Canal view rooms are not available upon request; a special type of room needs to be booked in order to get the canal view.

Full payment will be made by Booking.com in advance.

A credit card is required to guarantee the room during stay, and a EUR 50 security deposit will be pre-authorized on the card.

Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of EUR 200, and guests need to leave the property.

Pros:

Die Lage ist top, wenn man im Nightlive-Zentrum sein will.

Cons:

Zimmer ist extrem klein, auch das Bad. Treppen sind nicht geeignet für ältere Leute.

Un emplacement idéal qui nous a permis de tout visiter à pied.
Le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute.

Cons:

La habitación muy pequeña y demasiadas escaleras para acceder,la zona de bares con mucho ruido pero eso es normal,lo que no nos pareció normal es la fiesta dentro del hotel los huéspedes que se tenían en las habitaciones, se oye todo y no se puede descansar

Cons:

The noise from other rooms late into the night was a nightmare . Obviously young people raving having party in room with no regard for other guests. Seems there was no intervention from staff. I did complain to reception in the morning. Apologies were given but seemed resigned to the fact that this was usual behaviour and will continue.
