very close to the trainstation
very very small which would be fine if it wasn’t also very dirty and used. Staff was mostly nice with a few exceptions. In the room q15 my friend had a bag with a brand new rain jacket from snipes (still with the receipt) and it has since disappeared. We turned over the whole room checked every bag and couldn’t find anything. We told the receptionist and they didn’t take us serious at all and told us that’s just our loss and probably one of the other guest from the room ( so our friend who was looking with us ) must have taken it. Then proceeded to tell us that’s the cameras are really bad here and they don’t know what to tell us. So i guess that’s 150 euros we‘ll never see again. Hope the thief from the Hotel staff likes the jacket at least.
A beautiful hotel bar, very friendly staffs. Nice breakfast with a nice choice of food.
The chambermaid a lady one wasn’t polite and quite rude. Pity for her as I always leave some tips as thank you! So no extra money for her!
The bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, we asked for a double bed and we had twin beds brought together which wasn’t ideal! It should have brought together with a king size sheet!

The noisy neighbour above who jumped at 3am and the bins next to my window. They came to collect them at 6.30am!!!

No air conditioning
A hotel elhelyezkedése szuper és a személyzet is kedves.
A fürdőszobában a zuhanyzó nem volt megfelelően tiszta.
A tartózkodásunk alatt a második estén és az azt követő reggelen (korai órákban) nem volt melegvíz a hotelben.
A matracok állapota sajnos már nem megfelelő, több helyen érezhetően megsüllyedtek, ami jelentősen rontja az alvás komfortját.

Very pleasant staff. Excellent value for money especially considering the location.
Breakfast wasn't served until 8am. Unfortunately we had to be out before then so over our 5 day stay we had to miss breakfast on two occasions which we had paid for.
Super Lage ,netter Service ,schöne Bar, sehr bequeme Betten.Gutes Frühstück .
Die Klimaanlage war zu kalt ,wurde aber sofort angepasst.
