Double or twin beds request is subject to the guest’s arrival.

Canal view rooms are not available upon request; a special type of room needs to be booked in order to get the canal view.

Goed maar kijk, als ik 50€ extra moet betalen geen probleem ik snap het soort van denk ik vanwaar de extra? ik bedoel okay als het voor de veiligheid gaat snap ik maar je gaat niet zeggen dat je overige geld niet terug krijgt terwijl je heel netjes en beleeft gevraag bij de uit check zeggen de receptie die krijgt u binnen de week, duidelijk maar het is al meer dan een maand het gaat niet om de bedrag maar de communicatie en eerlijkheid is belangrijk en dat is zo jammer bij hun, en heel eerlijk ik ga zeker niet meer komen bedoel het plek is goed maar dit is gewoon veelste veel wack gedrag en hopeloos heb het moeten laten maar eerlijk is eerlijk als je eerlijk en communiceert dan was het vertrouwen goed maar dit nah sorry je kunt niet zo doen

Location is central.

Cons:

There was mucus on the curtains, hair on the sheets… Dust in the toilet. It was very dirty. Loud as well but dirt was the worst. We slept with hats on. They ask for a 50 EUR deposit when you arrive which is funny.
