Double or twin beds request is subject to the guest’s arrival.

Würde Hotel wieder buchen
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in Bezug auf Anreise mit Bahn und man kann (fast) alles recht einfach zu Fuß erreichen, Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend.

Not at all comfortable the way it’s shown in the images. Stairs are too crocked for elderly people to climb. It should be notified in the advertisement.

Pros:

centro Histórico. mais bem localizado Impossível. equipe solcita e hotel tranquilo. Ficaomos no terreo. Quarto 22. sem escadas, vista para o rio, praticamente no nivel da água e comodidade dentro do tamanho suficientemente confortável. Eu me hospedaria de novo.

Cons:

Um gato mora no restaurante. Adoro bichos, mas o gato (lindo) é tipo dono do pedaço. Podiam reter ele durante alguns horários.

Die Lage ist vermutlich kaum zu toppen, Personal am Empfang und der junge man vom Housekeeping sehr nett.

Außer der Lage, sorry, alles. Das Zimmer war im 3. Stock in einem Niederländischen Haus, die Treppen sind extrem schmal und steil und wären für etwas Korpulentere Personen nicht zu bewältigen. Vllt. Habe ich das überlesen, aber das wäre schon eine wichrige Info. Das Zimmer im Gebäude gegebüber des Hotels hatte auch nichts mit den Bildern zu tun. Das Badezimmer war klein aber okay, das Bad war dreckig (Abflüsse verdreckt, unter der Toilette Staubschicht und Dinge über die wir nicht weiter nachgedacht haben), dennoch das sauberste. Das Zimmer war einfach nur alt, ungepflegt schmuddelig und dreckig. Auf der "frischen" Bettwäsche waren bei allen flecken und eine bunte Sammlung an Haaren welche nicht von uns sein konnten, da diese auf der Unterseite der decke waren. Wir haben uns eingeredet, dass die kurzen dunklen von der Hauseigenen Katze sind, über die unterschiedlichen längen und Farben haben wir ebenfalls einfach nicht nachgedacht. Ein junger Mann vom Housekeeping klopfte kurz nach Ankunft und hat auf Wunsch eine Bettwäsche gewechselt, direkt vor uns in einem ca. 15m2 großen Zimmer mit 4 Betten drin, es war eine unangenehme Situation für ihn und uns. Auf die Frage nach einem neuen Handtuch (großer brauner Fleck), wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es gerade keine frischen gäbe. Es kam entsprechend kein neues Handtuch für uns. Wir sind zu viert gereist und Anhand der Lage (Rotlichtviertel) war es Nachts laut, ja, das hätte man anhand der Karte sehen können, ein kleiner hinweis wäre schön. Ansonsten überall flecken an der Wand Risse und einfach kein guter Zustand für den Preis der verlangt wird.

Posizione centrale

Cons:

Poca pulizia, sia in camera che in hotel, gatto girava anche in cucina.
Colazione inizia alle 8, troppo tardi.
Forniti solo 2 teli doccia, niente asciugamani, ok non c'è il bidet, ma almeno le mani fatecele lavare ed asciugare!

una porta confortevole per accedere ad Amsterdam
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, vicino alla stazione ed ottimo punto di partenza per le escursioni in centro. La camera con vista sul canale era molto bella. Ottima la colazione continentale. Consigliatissimo.
