Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. Hot water instantly. Staff behavior very good . The security guard at the door and the lady at the reception were very kind and helpful. Food also very tasty. Top notch.

It was not clean. The bed sheets still have a lot of hair. The bidet still have poop. And the smell of the room its not really that good

Pros:

Hotel was great, location was perfect to get around and see the sights. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

Front desk staff wasn't always helpful. Asked to have laundry picked up from room to which the gentleman rellplied yes, only to not have it picked up. Which them meant there wasn't enough time to have it done before we left. When questioned, he gave confusing answers and changed information from one day to the next. The restaurant, while the food was very good, the service was less than ideal.

Overall the problems were not enough to make me not want to stay at The Springs hotel and spa again.
