Un séjour satisfaisant lié au rapport qualité / prix au sein du Radisson Blu Hammamet.
Pros:

L’établissement regroupe de nombreux points forts :
- la piscine
- l’accès privé à la mer
- le buffet du petit-déjeuner
- le calme / relaxation possible

Cons:

Quelques points à améliorer selon nous :
- les gels douche et shampoing à demander
- le nombre de grandes serviettes disponibles

great stay, beautiful location, staff were amazing the whole time
Pros:

staff very friendly and always willing to help. Iheb, Latifa and Muhammad were great. many things to do in the hotel, felt very safe as well.

Cons:

the bathroom could have been a little more cleaner with bleaching etc. also breakfast didn’t many international options only local cuisine which is good for some but may not be good for others

My husband and I just had a wonderfully relaxing stay at the Radisson. The pool and beach were the highlights for us. P
Cons:

The hotel is a little bit tired and needs a few renovations but that didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay here.

We would especially like to thank Islam and Amal at the reception. She was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making us happy and comfortable. She did her best to satisfy us and kindly selected a good room for our stay. She was by far the best person at the reception and made a positive difference in our experience. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and excellent service. The breakfast was the only part we truly enjoyed. It offered a good variety and was fresh every day. The housekeeping staff were hardworking, polite, and kept the rooms clean. The restaurant staff were also very respectful, friendly, and provided good service.

Nous souhaitons adresser un remerciement tout particulier à Islam à la réception. Elle était accueillante, professionnelle et sincèrement soucieuse de notre satisfaction et de notre confort. Elle a fait de son mieux pour nous satisfaire et nous a gentiment choisi une bonne chambre pour notre séjour. Elle était de loin la meilleure personne à la réception et a apporté une touche positive à notre expérience. Merci du fond du cœur pour votre gentillesse et votre excellent service. Le petit-déjeuner était la seule partie que nous avons vraiment appréciée. Il offrait un bon choix et était frais chaque jour. Le personnel de ménage était travailleur, poli et gardait les chambres propres. Le personnel du restaurant était également très respectueux, aimable et offrait un bon service.

We were very disappointed with this stay. The hotel is outdated and does not meet 5-star standards at all. The rooms, furniture, beds, and pillows were old and uncomfortable. The reception staff were unprofessional and not respectful, which made the experience even worse. The overall service and atmosphere were far below expectations for a Radisson Blu property. We did not feel welcomed or valued as guests. This was not the quality we expected from a 5-star hotel, and unfortunately we will not return. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely bad and disappointing.

Nous avons été très déçus par ce séjour. L’hôtel est ancien et ne correspond absolument pas aux standards d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Les chambres, le mobilier, les lits et les oreillers étaient vieux et inconfortables. Le personnel de la réception manquait de professionnalisme et de respect, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus désagréable. Le service et l’ambiance générale étaient bien en dessous de nos attentes pour un établissement Radisson Blu. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis accueillis ni considérés comme des clients. Ce n’est pas la qualité attendue d’un hôtel 5 étoiles et malheureusement nous ne reviendrons pas. La connexion Wi-Fi était extrêmement mauvaise et décevante.

Beautiful Oasis in Hammamet!
Pros:

The property was beautiful and the staff really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The staff by the pool and beach were attentive and friendly. The buffet was wonderful and had so many options. We got changed to a room with a corner sea view by the staff who took our luggage up - was such a lovely gesture! I only wish I could have stayed longer!!

Cons:

The pillows could have been a bit more firm.
