Еда в ресторане простая, но вкусная и разнообразная.

Cons:

Это не тот Radisson Blu с международными стандартами и комфортом, к которому привыкаешь после посещения нескольких стран. Кроме сотрудников на ресепшене, абсолютно никто не говорит по-английски — только по-французски. В первый день в номере была одна бесплатная бутылка воды 1,5 литра на троих. Все остальные дни за воду нужно было платить отдельно. Даже кулер с водой в спортзале был пустой. За 7 ночей проживания уборка номера и смена полотенец были только 2 раза. Мы жили на 2-м этаже и Wi‑Fi работал только в коридоре, но не в номере. Детский клуб работал только до обеда. Один сотрудник играл с ребёнком примерно 30% времени, остальное время ребёнок развлекал себя сам. Второй сотрудник немного говорил по-русски, но с ребёнком не общался и всё время сидел в телефоне. Когда мы решили подняться в номер по лестнице вместо лифта, мы встретили большого таракана. В ресторане, когда мы ждали блины, повар сначала обслужил тех, кто пришёл позже нас, но говорил по-французски, и только потом — нас. Если вам нравится постоянно что-то требовать, отстаивать свои права и доказывать — вам сюда.

Этот отель НЕ подходит для комфортного и спокойного семейного отдыха.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité de tout le personnel ee l'hôtel., tout comme la bonne cuisine.
C'était un séjour très agréable.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas mléoui ou des beignets ( FTAYER) au petit déjeuner, selon mes enfants ce sont des indispensables ...
Sinon pour les menus des dîners ,ils étaient variés et succulents.

I will never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Personalet er svært vennlig og behjelpelig med alt. Det ligger rett ved stranden og det var alltid ledige solsenger. Bassengområdet var veldig pent. Bra frokost, men savnet litt mer frukt.

Cons:

Hotellet er gammelt og slitent, hadde virkelig trengt en oppgradering. Internettet er det dårligst jeg har opplevd på et hotell i nyere tid. Var ikke god nok Wi-Fi til å kunne sjekke inn på flyet engang. Hotellet skiltet med 3 restauranter, men det finnes bare 1. Det er ikke tilrettelagt for gjester som ikke har all-inclusive. Strømmen gikk flere ganger noe som gjorde at det ble ekstremt varmt på rommet.

Le seul point positif concerne le personnel de la piscine et du restaurant en libre-service, qui a toujours été très gentil, souriant et serviable. En revanche, la qualité de la nourriture était très décevante et ne correspondait pas au niveau attendu.

Cons:

Très mauvaise expérience. Nous avons dû changer de chambre à trois reprises durant notre séjour. La première n’avait pas de climatisation alors qu’il faisait plus de 45 °C, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. Dans une autre chambre, il y avait une importante fuite d’eau qui inondait le sol. De plus, le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas. Malgré plusieurs signalements, les problèmes ont été gérés avec beaucoup de retard. Un établissement qui ne correspond absolument pas au standing annoncé. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

La chambre était propre grâce au travail remarquable de la femme de ménage. C’est malheureusement le seul point réellement positif de notre séjour.

Cons:

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas son classement 5 étoiles. Les espaces communs sont souvent sales et mal entretenus. Le personnel est peu professionnel, peu accueillant et donne parfois l’impression d’attendre un pourboire avant de rendre service. Certains employés traitent les clients différemment selon leur apparence. Le petit-déjeuner est décevant, avec peu de choix et une mauvaise organisation. Le spa est une véritable déception : prestations de faible qualité, personnel peu qualifié et aucune sensation de bien-être. Le rapport qualité-prix est très mauvais et je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel.
