The hotel's location is very beautiful. The view from our room was very nice. The staff was polite.

Cons:

The location of the hotel is good. The sea and pool are nice but not sufficient. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was not very good. There was no fruit salad, only oranges, and the room service menu was not sufficient. It does not work in the evening after eleven o'clock and does not work in the morning before eleven o'clock. Because food is very important. Because there aren't many restaurants around the hotel. There is only a small grocery store.

Séjour absolument parfait au Radisson Blu Resort & Thalasso Hammamet !
L’hôtel était impeccable, très propre, avec des équipements de grande qualité et une ambiance vraiment agréable. Tout le personnel a été exceptionnel du début à la fin, toujours souriant, attentionné et professionnel.

Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Rym, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Son accueil, son sourire, la gentillesse dans son service et même la beauté de son regard ont vraiment marqué notre expérience. Elle dégage une énergie incroyable et prend soin des clients avec beaucoup d’élégance et de bienveillance.

Mention spéciale également au personnel du spa, qui a été formidable. J’avais offert un massage à ma maman et l’expérience a été magnifique : professionnalisme, douceur et vrai moment de détente. Elle en est ressortie ravie.

Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Brilliant staff
Pros:

Brilliant staff at this hotel. Friendly so attentive and helpful. The pool bar staff amazing the bar staff fantastic and the entertainment team the absolute best. Mario and Mustafa some of the great workouts ever. Had a couple of lovely massages. The bar pool food is the best but I struggled with some of the choices. Pool area clean and comfortable and beach nice and close.

Enjoyed the quietness
Pros:

Staff are friendly and courteous. Pool and proximity to the beach is excellent. Rooms are clean. Aqua gym was great each day.

Cons:

5 star hotel should provide water each day to the room but we had to pay for it. Wifi didn't work well around the pool area. The rooms could do with an upgrade (tvs, lighting, locks etc)
Quiet time of year so not much open in and around the hotel.

Great place to stay in Hammamet, Tunisia
Pros:

Friendly and courteous staff at all levels. The various managers routinely reached out to us to address our concerns promptly and ensure our satisfaction. Special thanks and gratitude goes to our room cleaning attendant (Samiha) who cleaned our room spotless and to our pleasant surprise created artistic designs with rose petals on our bed. Our thanks go out to the following personnel who interacted with us during our stay:

Maher and Islam (Guest Relations Managers) who attended to our concerns from the day we checked in.
Najwa (Room Cleaning Supervisor)
Ahmed, Nader, Abdel Basir (Restaurant Managers and Chef)
Amal, Rym, Hazem and Hamza (Reception)

Breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of entrees.

Cons:

The bathtub was too high for seniors with arthritis to get into. In addition, the tub could cause slippery conditions and injury during a shower. We requested an anti skid bath tub mat which was provided expeditiously. These mat should be installed in every tub and shower to prevent possible injury.

Great hotel
Pros:

In a touristy spot, easy to get to other areas in a taxi. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially the entertainment staff who were at the pool during the day encouraging guest to take part in activities and in the bar at night.
The facilities are really great, rooms are comfortable and pool and bar were a highlight. Would definitely recommend!

Séjour très agréable au Radisson Blu Resort & Thalasso Hammamet. L’hôtel est propre, confortable et le personnel est vraiment accueillant. Un grand merci spécialement à Hazem pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son aide pendant tout le séjour. Grâce à lui, notre expérience était encore meilleure.

Brilliant hotel on the beach with swimming pools - and great value!
Pros:

A lovely smart hotel for such good value. On the beach, beautiful swimming pools, a very attractive foyer, nice bar and good-sized rooms. Plus downstairs there's an indoor pool and gym (basically just cardio machines)

Cons:

The breakfast was very disappointing. No pastries, fresh fruit or breakfast cereals. Coffee was average and the orange juice was more like orange squash
