Not worth the money
Pros:

Beach is well maintained, nice outside pool and rooms are a decent size.

Cons:

I booked this stay as they have a kids club, as I was travelling alone with my daughter. I only found out once there, that the kids club hours are only 9-12 and 2-4. We were there for New Year's and on the 1st Jan no kids club was open from 9am. When I enquired at the reception they advised they would open at 10. Went back then and still no. Turned out they were trying to get the lady and she would show up around 10.30, still do her break at 12 though. Complete waste of time and my daughter didn't end up going once.

Facilities are old. Indoor pool is well heated, but on our third day they cooled the temperature down (as less guests), which I found inapprorpaite for a 5* resort. TV went on in the middle of the night for no reason, had to pull a cable out. Pillows were stuffed into too small cases so hard and had to take them out. This got changed on the second day. We had half board - food was good on NYE, however then very small range and often had run out. Location is right at the top end of Hammamet away from everything. Definitely won't be back

Honestly the only thing that the view is something to talk about for me, i admire beach views and also that one cleaner SOUAD shes gorgeous and she knows what shes doing

This is a 5-star hotel, so our expectations were naturally high, especially for New Year’s Eve we were told there would be a New Year’s Eve party and paid extra for it, based on what was advertised. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far from what was promised.
There was very poor organization and not enough space. Guests were standing extremely close to each other, even among people who did not know one another. This was absolutely not the New Year’s Eve celebration shown on the advertisement, nor what one would expect from a 5-star establishment.
The breakfast was also not varied, which again does not meet 5-star standards.
The gym 0/10.
Additionally, at 11:00 PM I called room service to order a simple Coke and was told it was not possible because the bar was closed. This is quite shocking for a 5-star hotel, where room service is usually available late at night, if not 24/7.
Overall, the quality of service and the experience did not match the hotel’s rating, pricing, or the expectations created by its advertising.
