Dear Radisson blu Hotel Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel.

Unfortunately, my room was infested with a large number of ants. This was not an isolated incident—I have clear photos and videos documenting the issue throughout my stay. The presence of so many ants made the room uncomfortable and unacceptable from both a cleanliness and hygiene perspective.

The ant infestation also resulted in multiple bites on my body. While I am unable to share photos of these injuries due to personal privacy and religious reasons, I have extensive photos and videos documenting the infestation in the room itself

This experience fell far below the standard I expected from your hotel and significantly affected my stay. I believe guests should never be assigned a room in such a condition.

I have attached the photos and videos as evidence and kindly request that this matter be investigated. I would appreciate your response, including how you intend to address this issue and any consideration you can offer regarding the inconvenience caused.

Quelques progrès à réaliser pour être parfait

Très agréable et confortable. Excellents buffets.

Cons:

Portes et huisseries mériteraient un bon nettoyage. Ce serait bien qu'une bouteille d'eau soit mise à disposition dans la chambre à l'arrivée. Au niveau du service il nous a fallu réclamer un changement d'oreiller à quatre reprises sur deux jours pour obtenir satisfaction.

Le manque de professionnalisme et d’expérience commercial de certaines personnes .

Nous avons étés contraints de ne pas dormir, une porte coincé serrure lâché et bloqué impossible de l’ouvrir avec des gens de ma famille bloqués à l’intérieur pendant 2h le temps de force la porte, la personne a la réception chargé de nous trouver une solution car nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit a juste repousser notre départ d’une heure seulement sur une seule chambre la 315 alors que moi j’étais au 319 juste à côté impossible de dormir avec le bruit et on plus j’ai participé à aider la personne de maintenance car le monsieur était tout seul et que je dois tenir un outils afin d’écarter la porte et lui permettre de trouver un espace .

Bref un cauchemar vraiment, c’est la première fois que j’ai eu une telle situation depuis que je fais mes réservations sur booking .
