Very little- one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at
Management was horrible. Never had clean towels, hot water was nonexistent and the meals were complete chaos.

Me agradó que la habitación era amplia, también que todos los días venían a ordenar y limpiar la habitación.
No me agradó que en el desayuno por ejemplo venían pan con palta pero en la foto ofrecían más palta mientras que a la hora de servirte no te ponen casi nada. Si van a incluir un desayuno dentro del precio debe tener una ración considerable no escatimar tanto en algo como la palta. Lo otro que tampoco me gustó es que si uno pide una toalla, una almohada, etc se demoran demasiado en traerla. La cochera deben tener en cuenta que es muy empinada entonces es un poco difícil estacionarte ahí.
Pessima experiência. Se quiser chegar de uma trilha ou passeio e tomar um banho gelado tudo bem. Porque o chuveiro não esquenta o quarto é velho e não é limpo. Nada funciona, além disso o café da manhã é as 7 sendo que todos os passeios saem às até as 6
La ubicación es perfecta, está cerca de todos los lugares de interés en Huaraz, el servicio de limpieza es excelente y la habitación siempre la dejaron impecable
La habitación que me dieron es muy pequeña y encerrada, no tenia iluminación natural por lo que no se sentía como una habitación normal sino algún tipo de cuarto que no estaban usando y decidieron transformarlo en habitación, para que saliera caliente el agua había que dejarla correr por lo menos 10 minutos, lo que causa un desperdicio de recurso fatal, y aún así, no salía del todo caliente....estaba en el piso 2 y el WiFi era pésimo, se caía cada 5 minutos y en un par de ocasiones se cayó por más de 2 horas.
El servicio de desayuno era muy básico y en muchas ocasiones desordenado, mi último desayuno pedi la opción "La joya" que incluía dos tostadas con palta y dos rebanadas de tocino, me brindaron dos rebanadas de pan sin tostar, y una sola mini rebanada de tocino
La mayoría del personal era amable.
Las instalaciones no son apropiadas.
Lo único bueno es el restaurante
Nos dieron un baño sin la tapa del inodoro y tampoco había internet a pesar que se le indicó al personal alegando que asi era el wifi
El Hotel tiene buena infraestructura, habitaciones limpias al igual que los espacios comunes. Las habitaciones son comodas y espaciosas.
Tiene problemas con el agua caliente. El sistema de calentamiento de agua es pesimo. Por otro lado el personal de counter es descuidado en algunos aspectos.
