It was a great stay and I did not face any troubles anywhere. Rooms were also comfortable and overall had no issues
Room was tiny for even for two people

The toilet , sink and bath were separated in separate rooms and made it inconvenient
The breakfast food options weren’t appeasing to eat and didn’t eat just by the looks of it

A hair dryer was not set in the room.
Good hotel stay but bathrooms can be a bit bigger with handles for hanging cloths. Also if two people are staying in a room, door locks should be added.

The quality of in-room dining food was bad. The food orders for dinner was made in the morning or noon and the same was re-heated and served at dinner.

Air conditioning seemed to have turned been off in night and lobby was stuffy/moldy through most of the day.
The lift was small for the size of the property
Breakfast had variation on paper. However, food quality was not good and many items were not available or hot even when one arrived timely and early for breakfast.
for a Holiday Inn hotel this was one of the worst property I have ever been in. I don't this it does justice to the brand.

This property should be shut down it is ruining Franchise name. Staff have no knowledge and extremely rude. They canceled our booking and left us on road at middle of night. While in lobby we did see illegal work going on like staff putting cash in pocket and gave room to a sex worker. They must have done same with our booking by cancellling our booking and giving to someone else for cash. Most horrible experience being in a different country and unknown town looking for hotel at 1:00 am in morning
It was sparse but very clean and the location was great. It was 10 min from the office which is a miracle in Bangalore! The breakfast was good too.
Rooms are very Small . Breakfast Buffet is Pathetic. Does not sync with Holiday Inn global theme.
