Very good. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast was better than we thought it would be, we was also made up it was included, because we didn’t realise it was. Scrambled eggs were amazing!

Cons:

We felt the pillows were not the best and a little small. But when we asked for a further two pillows, we had them within minutes by friendly staff.

Cichy, przestronny pokój. Świetna zupa dyniowa i znakomite naleśniki na śniadanie.

Jestem częstym gościem hotelu. Tym razem otrzymałam pokój, który był cichy, przestronny, z dobrą przestrzenią do pracy. Kilka miesięcy temu prosiłam hotel o przedstawienie mi oferty, w związku z tym, ze jestem w hotelu w każdym miesiącu. Pomimo zapewnienia, że ktoś do mnie napisze, nie otrzymałam żadnej wiadomości. Hotel tez nie powiadomił mnie o zamknięciu restauracji na czas mojego pobytu i nie zaproponował żadnej rekompensaty. Napisałam o tym kilka miesięcy temu w swojej opinii, na którą też nie otrzymałam żadnej odpowiedzi. Tym razem było wszystko bardzo dobrze. Personel jest znakomity - szczególnie mam na myśli obsługę restauracji - tak wieczorem, jak również śniadaniowo. Śniadania są także bardzo dobre i dużym wyborem. Znakomite naleśniki.

Tym razem nie mam zastrzeżeń. Wszystko było bardzo dobrze. Powyżej napisałam o swoich uwagach dotyczących wcześniejszego pobytu, co do których nie miałam informacji zwrotnej z hotelu.

Great stay in Krakow
Pros:

Just returned from this lovely hotel and cannot fault the place. The staff are very helpful and very obliging, the place a really clean and a good location for the main square and tram connections to other areas of the city.
We were on a B&B basis and our spacious rooms on the 3rd floor.
The breakfast offers a very wide choice with something for everyone.
The lift became faulty on a couple of occasions but was immediately rectified.
Cocktails at bar are tasty and good value and along with reception staff, the bar staff are so obliging. I had injured my knee and asking for ice to reduce swelling was obliged immediately.
The check in process is so slow slick and completed in a couple of minutes.
There is a small convenient store 50m on the corner, to get snacks or drinks, whilst the 3rd floor rooms have a small mini bar that is stocked and free on arrival, whilst not replenished (this is applicable for slightly upgraded rooms) whilst single drink tea/coffee is replaced daily.
One more positive is the tsp water is drinkable.
Overall a place I would have no hesitation in returning to.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
5-10 mins walk from the old town, very clean, very helpful to your needs and a brilliant breakfast. We had a great stay for a decent price.

Had the best stay from the minute we walked in everything was perfect room spotless staff really lovely food excellent they really go above and beyond would I recommend ? Absolutely .
