Good overall (wifi and coffee were terrible)
Pros:

The hotel was clean and in good repair. It was in a good location, close to restaurants and public transportation. The breakfast food was good.

Cons:

The wifi was horrible. I needed to work and had to use my phone as a hotspot. I tried wifi in the room and common areas, with no luck. Also, the coffee during breakfast was burned every single morning. They told us if we wanted good coffee, we had to pay extra.

Prima hotel, ligging niet optimaal.
Pros:

Ruime kamer, prima bedden. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Douche is erg zwak en duurt eeuwig voor warm water. Locatie is geïsoleerd, alles moet met de taxi. En daarmee is het hotel net 20% te duur tov andere premium hotels.

la atención del personal es excelente, en especial de Carolina, Juli, paula, muy amables y diligentes

Cons:

restaurante un día la comida estaba fría, al día siguiente, pregunte por el calentado me dijeron que era domingo no hacían, que lo reemplazaban con otras cosas, nunca me dijeron conque y pues durante el desayuno nunca vi que lo reemplazaran y la disposición de una persona en particular no fue la mejor, se demoraba en la atención

Pros:

Personal Front Desk, Zimmerservice hervorragend. Service Frühstück (2 Angestellte) super, inkl. Küche.
Standort - nahe zu Metro Station (schöner Fussweg) und Restaurants Poblado.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Service Roof-Top (PRANZO) und Frühstück von ein 1-2 Personen eher schlecht, unaufmerksam, mit sich selber beschäftigt.
