I servizi offerti non sono all'altezza di un hotel a 5 stelle.
La colazione è risultata piuttosto scarsa, con personale poco presente e poco attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.
La piscina è di dimensioni ridotte e priva di adeguati servizi: persino per avere degli asciugamani era necessario cercare e sollecitare il personale.
Inoltre, per un hotel di 12 piani è disponibile un solo ascensore, con inevitabili attese nei momenti di maggiore affluenza.
Ho avuto anche una spiacevole esperienza al check-in. La prenotazione effettuata tramite Booking.com riportava un prezzo che, secondo la struttura, non era corretto. Nonostante avessi mostrato immediatamente la ricevuta della prenotazione, sono stato trattato con poca cortesia e molta rigidità. Dopo circa trenta minuti di spiegazioni, peraltro in spagnolo perché la receptionist non parlava inglese, il problema è stato risolto. Tuttavia, l'accoglienza ricevuta ha lasciato un'impressione decisamente negativa e ha compromesso l'inizio del soggiorno.

An der Rezeption war man leider nicht in der Lage, uns ein normales Taxi zu bestellen.

The room is very dark and needs extra lighting. We booked a two-bedroom room, but Wi-Fi didn't work in either bedroom because they are at the far end of the hotel and the signal doesn't reach. Maintenance and reception told us that's just how it is. For Wi-Fi, we (all) had to sit in the living room.

We had a room right under the restaurant, and the dragging of chairs started at 5 a.m. and ends at 10 p.m. We were wide awake at 5 a.m every morning 😐

Upon arrival at Sites Hotel around 1:00 pm, we noticed there was some active construction and renovations in progress. We were told that the room would be ready at 3:00 pm, which we expected. My card was then requested and charged. We checked our luggage for them to hold, called for a Ride Share, and left to get lunch. Upon our return, we were checked in and given a room keycard. Immediately when we opened the room door, there was an extreme smell of sewage. We looked around, opened the sliding door for fresh air, then closed it. We left the room immediately, went to the upper level to watch the Final FIFA soccer match on tv. There were other families and staff present watching the soccer match also. Once we returned to the room, the odor was still as pungent. I began coughing, then we proceeded to the Lobby front desk. There were two families in front of us. The receptionist was listening to the first family complaining loudly of the same unbearable sewage odor. Next, the second family had the same complaint and they left the hotel with their luggage also. Once the receptionist heard our complaint, she was hesitant to offer any refund. She requested my card again in order to charge for one night. I refused and requested a refund. She called her manager and insisted I had to pay and to give her my card. I refused because I had already initially given her my card and got a printed receipt. I asked to speak to the manager, but then she stated that she would refund the entire amount for the two night stay that we booked. We got our luggage from the room, confirmed a Ride Share to our previous hotel. The Sites charge was pending on July 24, 2026. The Sites charge posted on July 25, 2026 for a two night stay. We never stayed at Sites nor disturbed anything in the room as stated to the receptionist.

The restaurant they stated in a information sheet that was placed under the door stated it would be worth it. In my opinion the view is fantastic but the food not up to par. First there was no English translation as to what is being offered on the menu and no one to translate in English for what you were saying and asking for. I also did not like how the big classic hamburger with fries was removed from the menu and replaced with 3 little miniatures sliders with no french fries for a price that was too much. French fries should be a must on a menu because it is loved by most people worldwide. I and my family preferred the first classic hamburger that was on the old menu. Because of the new menu not being in English and the omitting of the big hamburger I ended up using Rappi and other carriers to deliver food to the hotel for us to eat. I was not happy with the menu and the relocation to the top roof would be better and nice if it were enclosed because when we were there we couldn't be seated anywhere near the window so to speak because it was wet and rain was coming in to wet you. Therefore, you couldn't take pictures of the magnificent view and that was disappointing.

j’ai ete prélevé 2 fois avec ma cb. une première fois le jour de mon arrivée, et une 2 eme fois 2 mois apres. sans reponse satisfaisante de l’hotel. j’attends des news.
