Handy for the airport
The shower was good and the staff were helpful
Very comfortable bed, 2 large rooms, 2 tv's and the highlight was a large bathtub..Close to mall with an abundance of food places, supermarket and a cinema..Very large Fridge.
The lady at front desk was lovely and the rest of the staff all smiles....Oldish but homely enjoyed the extra room, lots of space.
The kitchen area was bare, only a kettle and large fridge..all cupboards.....I suppose in the past, the kitchen would have been well equipped..Bedroom aircon noisy....Turned on the extra room aircon was cold enough for both rooms...Had to climb on chair to manually switch it on...A few hiccups but nothing major to complain about..
Huge room. Had a problem with TV reception and they gave me a different room for the second night.
No power points in the kitchen. The hot water service needed to be reset but I had 2 very cold showers beforehand.
Good option close to airport, one night stay after arriving late in PM into Chiang Mai. Rooms are on the basic side but great value relative to cost.
Lower levels of sound insulation between rooms.

My flight was delayed two days and the hotel reached out to ask if I was okay since I’d not showed up. I explained that my flight was delayed. They moved my reservation to when I would be getting into Chiang Mai. They didnt have to do that so I was very grateful!
