Cons:

Room was freezing, somewhat rundown, and the bed in the bedroom (it was a suite) juat barely fit tn the room. If two people staying in the room, one person would have to crawl over the other if you had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Unkindness. I requested it because the induction cooktop wasn't working, but instead of coming to check, they just said the same thing three times to turn the wall switch away, and when I hung up the phone, they cursed very harsh words that weren't in English. I understood what the owner was cursing because I was from the country that spoke that language. The family has all heard. But the motel owner insisted that he didn't curse, and after an argument, told me to leave if I didn't like it, so I just left. I just said this much. Swear at the customer. I've never seen a motel owner give a switch to customers while telling them to switch. I am someone who should not work in the service industry. One unfortunate thing is that I can't take pictures. I came out late and barely went into another hotel in the early morning, where I played my son's hockey semi-final and final match within a 3-hour drive, and I got sick. That's why I'm leaving reviews like this.

Pros:

Location near to everything

Cons:

Toilet looks old and the bath curtain holder Maintenence needed, the wooden floor on the second floor is noisy specially early morning when people moving their luggage.

Horrible!
Cons:

From the moment I pulled in, this hotel was a hassle! They didn't have my reservation and charged me a 2nd time even though Booking.com already charged me. I reserved a room with 2 queens and they would only give me 1 queen even though I paid for 2. It was so crappy that I only stayed one of my 2 nights. The front desk clerk/owner was extremely rude and wouldn't listen to me when I was trying to show him my confirmed reservation. I would not stay at this place again if it were free.

It was great besides the heat issue.

Cons:

I booked online and they said I could check in at that timely was 1130 pm. I walked there with my cat and the person at the desk turned me away. Saying there was no availability. So not impressed.
