Pros:

Our stay was absolutely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. We were traveling with a dog, and everything was arranged for her as well — at breakfast in the restaurant, they even offered water for our dog separately. There was also a convenient park for walking just five minutes from the hotel. A special thanks for preparing a takeaway breakfast for us, as we had a very early departure

Prisvärt och mysigt hotel
Pros:

Mysigt rum, fin inredning och fantastiskt skön säng.

Cons:

Servicen i receptionen! Hon var oengagerad och något besvärad när jag ställde frågor.
Synd att baren var stängd pga renovering, skulle finnas en alternativ lösning på hotellet.
Dåligt påfyllt med tvål och schampo på rummet.
Städerskan kom även in i rummet trots att jag fått bekräftat från receptionen om senare utcheckning kl 13.00!

Pros:

Saimme laukut säilytykseen aamusta ja pyyntömme päästä mahdollisimman pian huoneeseen saatiin järjestymään, mikä oli todella ystävällistä! Erittäin mukavat sängyt.

Cons:

Kylpyhuoneen lattialämmitys oli täysillä ja huoneessa oli jo valmiiksi kuuma; lämmityksen sai kuitenkin säädetty ja ikkunoilla ja tuulettimilla huoneen sai siedettäväksi.

Överlag nöjd med två små minus som jag hoppas kan förbättras i framtiden :)
Pros:

Fint, god frukost, sköna sängar, fräscht badrum och härlig vattenfallsdusch.

Cons:

Minus var att dörrarna till rummen smällde igen högt så man blev väckt ibland. Ett annat minus var att bestick och tallrikar tog slut under frukosten andra dagen så man behövde vänta.

Jättefina rum med härliga färger och fin inredning.
Otroligt skön säng! Trevlig personal, bra läge och välstädat.

Cons:

Det som var mindre bra var att det mesta på frukosten var slut ofta och det dröjde innan det blev påfyllt. Både vad gäller mat, tallrikar och bestick.

Överprisad vistelse som inte levde upp till rimliga förväntningar
Pros:

Överpriset boende där inte ens schampo m.m var påfyllt och den minsta frukosten jag varit med om i mitt liv. Sängen var bekväm, men duschen krävde en medföljande manual som inte fanns.

Frukosten, service, påfyllnad av hygientvål och priset vi fick betala.

A nice hotel with a good location, friendly staff and good amenties.
Pros:

A great location for Strawberry area, convenient to the tram and a quick ride into the city on the train. The hotel is affiliated with a great nearby gym that is well equipped, and there are great amenities nearby like an excellent supermarket and a variety of restaurant options.

Cons:

Room was too dark for me. Not enough lighting.
