Pros:

Las vistas son espectaculares y el personal muy amable. El desayuno está bastante bien.

Cons:

El baño se ve un poco antiguo y un poco incómodo que no tenga enchufe. También estaría bien tener alguna balda en el baño para dejar neceseres.

Great hotel in a great location with breathtaking view
Pros:

The superior suite was very nice and comfortable, with a breathtaking view over the caldera and the volcano. Location was also great, close to the parking and next to the main street, which made it easy to move our luggages to the hotel.

We love the location which was away from the hustle and bustle of Fira, and the gorgeous views of the caldera at sunset.
Pros:

Location is excellent with breathtaking views of the caldera.

Cons:

Housekeeping can be improved as proper bath towels were not provided initially for one day (but the staff responded quite promptly with a fresh set) and extra toilet roll was not provided till we asked for it.

Pros:

Very nice. Very close for everything. The staff was awesome especially the guy Aris. I totally recommend this place.

Cons:

Nothing I can recall that I didn’t like coz I’m very happy and satisfied for my stay. Even though you’ll have a minor issue I know that they’ll be there to help you and address the issue.

Wonderful stay in a fabulous location!
Pros:

Fabulous location just a short walk from the centre of Fira but quiet. Stunning view with large terrace overlooking the caldera. Great breakfast. The room was very spacious with everything we needed for our stay. Really helpful and kind staff!

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per qualche giorno e non posso che lasciare una recensione estremamente positiva. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, pulita, accogliente e situata in una posizione strategica, perfetta per esplorare l’isola.

Aspa è stata semplicemente eccezionale: sempre sorridente, disponibile e pronta ad aiutarci in ogni occasione, sia nel darci indicazioni su cosa visitare e sia sul noleggio di una macchina.

La colazione è ricca, varia e con prodotti freschissimi, sia dolci che salati.

The staff was exceptional. Especially Espa!
Pros:

The Firostefani location was just off the street so not many stairs. Centrally located to walk to Fira and Imerovigli.

Cons:

The wi-fi did not work inside unless you were at the window with a weak signal or out on the patio
