The bed were to soft, and the long way to the room with the luggage and steps, no elevator
The decor was beautiful. The view’s exceptional! It had a lovely outdoor patio with an awning. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable
It’s a little bit of a walk from town. But so much nicer than the places in town.

De trap is stijl, de kamer was op de 4e verdieping. Het was erg warm daar bij 30 graden buiten.
The room was a nice size and the bed was sooo comfortable. The view was also great.
I didn't realize that there wasn't an elevator before booking. Carrying my larger bag up the small stairwells was difficult.

We had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent – close enough to walk to many of the city's main attractions, while still being far enough away from the busiest and noisiest areas. There is a bus stop nearby with a convenient connection to the airport, as well as tram and metro stops within easy walking distance.
We also enjoyed staying in such a historic building. Our room was quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. During warm weather the room can feel a bit hot and stuffy, but it was possible to open the windows and air it out.
The breakfast was exactly as described. If you are expecting a large buffet with a wide variety of choices, you may find the selection somewhat limited.
The only thing that surprised us was the housekeeping service. We stayed for three nights, and during that time the trash was not emptied and the towels were not replaced.
The location is great, right by a canal and in a trendy neighborhood of Amsterdam
The building itself is very old, the room was extremely basic, bare minimum of space and comfort.
Helpful staff. Good area to walk most places in Amsterdam.

Good location, traditionally themed hotel which made it more homely and interesting . Coffee was good breakfast ok, good bathroom, with great shower. Staff were helpful and pleasant
Only small things, not much fruit at breakfast, no tea or coffee facilities in room and bathroom door squeaked quite a bit
