Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room with nice view. Close to local theater, shops, and food.

Cons:

Nothing to note, but if I must add something... We're a Coca Cola family and they only carry Pepsi products at their lobby store. :-)

New years eve stay
Pros:

E and Juvante provided amazing valet service for us during our entire stay. They made it very easy for us to get our vehicles and wonderful attitudes. Thank you. Also the entire front desk and housekeeping were excellent.

Great location, lobby smells AMAZING
Pros:

Everything was super nice and the lobby smelled AMAZING...I wish they sold the scent ! The room was beautiful and comfortable.

Cons:

No microwave in the room and there was a large gap when the bathroom door was shut, you could still see right in. There aren't any hooks in such a large room, a lot of unused space. The bartender was swearing and rude during a football game we were watching. We were fans of the opposite team.

Good location, drab hotel.
Pros:

This is an old government building that was re-purposed into a hotel, so the hallways and rooms feel really cold and drab. It's in a good location downtown and close to Lake Eola Park.

Cons:

You have to order food on an app. Breakfast was basic and disappointing. Some menu items are ok.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous place. Staff was amazing. Food was fabulous. Our valet, E, was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better stay anywhere.
