Pros:

The hotel staff were brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.
Angel and Ivy were particularly exceptional on the check in desk.
The hotel was spotless, the room i had was massive and overnight very quiet.
Loved the hotel.

Location and proximity to downtown (we were able to walk to the Kia Center)

Cons:

Cost, particularly for parking. This hotel only offers valet for $30 + tax per night.

Pros:

Great property with a very attentive, friendly staff. Our group was in town for a show at Dr. Philips Center nearby and had a great stay! We'll definitely come back
