Με κάποιες σημαντικές παρεμβάσεις θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη
Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο με καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες καθημερινά. Οι πισίνες καθαρές και με πολλά παιχνίδια για παιδιά.

Cons:

Στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε κυρίως τις βραδινές ώρες μια έντονη πολύ άσχημη μυρωδιά από τα πατοσιφωνα της τουαλέτας και του μπαλκονιού με αποτέλεσμα να δυσκολεύει τον ύπνο μας. Κυρίως η γυναίκα μου που είναι και έγκυος δυσκολευόταν πολύ. Φυσικά αναφέραμε το πρόβλημα μας στην ρεσεψιόν αλλά ενώ μας είπαν ότι είδαν το θέμα μας οι τεχνικοί εν τέλει δεν άλλαξε τίποτα.
Επίσης τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας (μεσημέρι και βράδυ) γινόντουσαν πάρτυ στην πισίνα ενήλικων με αποτέλεσμα εμείς που μέναμε σε οικογενειακά δωμάτια δεν μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε.

The cleaning was on the top. They make our room everday in a perfect way.

Cons:

One of the womens that serve the food was not really welcomed. For three days in the row she wasnt happy at all seeing us there, i dont knw why!

Pros:

The children's pool and the view from the terrace. The dinner was very good.

Cons:

1. If you want to sleep in the afternoon don't stay in the rooms next to the adult pool bar.
2. The pillows and beds are very uncomfortable.
3. The cleaning lady was knocking on the door while we were trying to sleep in the afternoon even though the room indicated the room is occupied.
4. The breakfasts was under expectations.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Ana Family Hotel. Camerele sunt curate, spațioase și bine întreținute, iar atmosfera este una liniștită și primitoare. Personalul a fost foarte amabil și atent la nevoile noastre pe tot parcursul sejurului.
Un mulțumesc special doamnei Ana, proprietara hotelului, pentru ospitalitate, profesionalism și grija pe care o acordă fiecărui oaspete. Se vede că pune suflet în tot ceea ce face și contribuie la crearea unei atmosfere familiale și relaxante.
Recomand cu încredere acest hotel tuturor celor care doresc o vacanță plăcută și fără griji. Cu siguranță vom reveni!”

We stayed here as a family with a small child, and simply everything was perfect — absolutely everything. From the accommodation, pool, parking, and food, to the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff. From our side, this place comes with a huge recommendation. I usually don’t have the habit of returning to the same place twice, but this is definitely a place we will come back to.😁

Страхотно място за почивка особенно с малки деца.
Pros:

Забавленията за най-малките са страхотни, искам да поздравя и аниматорите които си свършиха перфектно работата. Басейните са добри. Персонала е усмихнат и много услужлив. И забавленията бяха на ниво така че всичко е топ!

Cons:

Може би трябва да се разнообразява малко храната, тъй като повечето пъти беше почти една и съща. Съораженията в басейните особенно за малките не е лошо да се поддържат повече. Но като цяло сме доволни
