Very nice hotel but stern staff
Pros:

The hotel is situated right next to the jewish quarter and 10 min walk from the main square. The hotel is lovely but is situated in a run down area with graffiti everywhere.this doesn't detract from your stay but be aware it's not in a picturesque location
Download the bolt taxi app.it cost us £8 from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the main square was £2.
The hotel inside is lovely,modern and very clean.
When we arrived we received a room upgrade and our room was fabulous. It was huge and with the biggest bathroom we have ever seen with huge bath and walk in shower and 2 sinks. Shampoo, conditioner, hand wash & hand cream are all supplied.we didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food.

Cons..all hotels 4 star and above need to have signs in the corridors for guests to respect other guests and to be quiet in hallways.also there needs to be signs on every door to close your door quietly. As other reviews have stated some rude guests do not observe hotel etiquette and can be kept awake by shouting and slamming doors.
The hotel receptionists were all very stern and not one of them smiled once. I expect more from a 4 star hotel and to be made to feel welcome.
I went to the desk to ask for help to check in on the Ryan Air app as I was having issues and the response I got from Gabriel? was and I quote..what would you like me to do about it !!!! In a stern manner.when I replied curtly her attitude changed.
Your staff work in hospitality and a smile and willingness to help goes a long way and is expected.
All in all we had a nice stay and loved the room we were in.

On the surface looks lovely but stay was disappointing for the cost.
Pros:

The property looked well kept with modern decor

Cons:

We had a double bed and it was just 2 beds pushed together so quite uncomftable. No remote or instructions on how to use the air con unit.
The tv only had one British channel,

Comfortable and fairly clean
Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights, in a triple room: 1 adult, 2 teens.

The hotel is in a great location - close enough to walk to many places and explore.

The room cleanliness wasn't the greatest: other people's wrappers under the beds.. bathroom could do with a better clean. First world issues: the hairdryer would only work for the first 4 mins or so, then it'd stop. You could see the internal wires! I didn't report it in person (everyone seemed busy/stressed) but I wrote a note about it on the evaluation sheet.

Toiletries included shower gel, hand soap, and shower caps.

We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. The kids only ate a dessert in the restaurant, which was nice. I took advantage of the happy hour cocktail menu and it was good - taste and value. No idea what the restaurant is like.

Our room was facing internally, 4th floor so no street noise. The noise inside the hotel was a bit much - people speaking loudly and banging doors morning/late at night. Not really 4 star for the sound proofing.

Overall it was comfortable but I think for the price, it could have been better.

Pros:

Excellent room, facilities and friendly staff. Location ideal to walk to all the sites. Thorougly enjoyed Fab Fusion restaurant for a meal. Exceptional!
