The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very well equipped and bed and linen very comfortable. Location was perfect
My tv didn’t work properly despite daily attempts by staff to fix it
Food, staff, room, cleanliness
Great staff and location, very clean and nice. Very easy to access the nearest train station.

Spotlessly clean , staff really friendly and helpful. I made the hotel aware that it was a special birthday celebration and we were pleased to have had a free upgrade to a beautiful superior double room. So happy 😊 made the trop thst little bit more special. We had diner in the restaurant one evening and it was beautiful and staff were great.
A very nice hotel situated right in between the fascinating Jewish Quarter and the historic Old Town. The staff are welcoming and helpful.
Excellent location. Lovely clean, quiet room.
Excellent location within easy walking distance to all the major and minor sites to visit in Krakow. Professional if somewhat distant staff but responsive to any guest requests. Breakfast was very good and rooms are large and comfortable. Would have no hesitation staying again.
Very helpful stuff, perfect location, great room size

Just returned from a fantastic 4-night stay at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel in Kraków (March 2026). This stylish 4-star boutique hotel in a renovated historic building delivered everything we wanted.
Location is perfect—right on the edge of lively Kazimierz, only a 10-minute walk to the Main Market Square and close to all the main sights, yet quiet and authentic.
Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with high ceilings and modern touches, and the bed was super comfortable. Quiet too, despite the central spot.
The breakfast was excellent—fresh, generous, and full of variety, with great Polish specialties, pastries, hot dishes, and really good coffee.
Staff were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful from check-in to restaurant tips. The hotel bar and restaurant is cozy and food very good, everything felt well-run.
Great value for the quality and location. Highly recommend!
Would definitely stay again
All very good!
Amazing location and immaculate inside with superb service throughout
Bit of noise every morning. The cleaners banged around and woke is up most days.
Great hotel - nice modern rooms, very clean, lovely staff and very good breakfast.
Not a huge issue but a little further from the old town than would be ideal but definitely not a deal breaker and very close to one of the main pick-up spots for excursions/trips.
