Cleanliness and personal care
Good central location and was clean.
There was no A/C remote, so you couldn’t control it.
This is difficult to review. The people there are very nice. Can't fault them.
The biggest minus for me is that they did not offer breakfast, even though this was advertised by Hotels.com as being on offer. I would never have chosen this hotel if I had known that.
I did have to shift rooms on the first night due to an electrical fault. My room was difficult to get to ... there was a lift, but it did not go to my room.
I suspect I was the only guest.

The location was perfect and easy to find, the room we received was brilliant, for one night stay it was all we needed. The cost of the room was just right for what it was. Breakfast was a nice surprise also, delivered to your door.
I recommend the hilton roof top bar for drink it's was a lovely view.
The bathroom could do with some updating but honestly no issue.
