Fantastický hotelový zážitek
Pros:

Vše nejen že splnilo, ale mohu říci, že i předčilo naše očekávání. Personál byl velmi příjemný a se vším velmi nápomocný. Vybavení hotelu naprosto úžasné počínaje prostornou lyžárnou s vyhřívanými držáky na lyžáky a lyže, bazén s velkými pohovkami na odpočinek, prostorné sauny s krásnou odpočívárnou, všude připravené občerstvení pro hotelové hosty. Pro hotelové hosty je připravené odpolední občerstvení po návratu z lyžování nebo túry. Večeře jsou kapitoly samy pro sebe. Jedná se o gastronomický zážitek se servisem 5 hvězdičkového hotelu, při kterém si budete připadat jako ti nejvíce důležití lidé na světě, o které je perfektně postaráno.
A pro milovníky běžkového lyžování je zasněžovány ovál kolem jezera přímo za hotelem.
Určitě vřele doporučuji.

Wir haben uns gut erholt! Das Essen war ein Traum-können das Hotel Ritzenhof nur empfehlen!!
Pros:

Extra freundliches Personal!- Frühstücksbuffet war überkomplett ausgestattet, sogar große Zusatzkarte für frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen,Waffeln,ect....Die Lage des Hotels direkt am See-ein Traum!! Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und dennoch gemütlich ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Cons:

Die Fitnessräume gehören leider nicht zum Hotel und unterliegen daher den Öffnungszeiten des Studios. Es war uns nicht möglich das Angebot zu nützen..Hotelgäste erst ab 16Uhr.

Super erholsame Tage…
Pros:

Obwohl ich wegen Hund im separaten Barbereich gesessen bin, zum Frühstück und Abendessen, hat sich das Personal sehr sehr lieb mich bedient
und immer geschaut ob ich einen Wunsch habe. Einfach richtig nett, alle, auch beim Einchecken sehr sehr
freundlich … Schöne Zimmer, super Lage , einfach top. Werde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Soggiorno con mio marito in occasione del festival jazz. Torneremo di sicuro!
Pros:

Posizione splendida nella natura sulle rive del lago e contemporaneamentea pochi passi dal centro e dai sentieri principali. I servizi tutti eccellenti: spa, palestra, spiaggia privata dell'hotel. Ottima la colazione ed il ristorante. Sempre opzioni vegetariane e di pesce in una zona dove predomina la carne. Il personale molto cordiale ed efficiente

Amazing stay, will definately come back.
Pros:

We liked everything: the breakfast was excellent as well as dinner. We also enjoyed the soup and the salad buffet after coming from skiing. We love the detail of always having the same table for our meals and to be identified by family name, and not room number. It was also very useful to have a list of activities for the day.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.
