We loved the room and everything was so easy to get to.
Pros:

Spacious room with comfy bed and super soft linens. Nice clean bathroom with all toiletries you need. Very helpful and friendly staff.
And very nice complementary hot chocolate from the coffee bar by the reception. 😊

Cons:

Quite noisy A/C (but I’m “A/C” sensitive) and noisy fridge humming through the night.

If you go to Tucson, you should stay here.
Pros:

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff was very friendly (even recommended a nearby restaurant where you get a discount for siding there. They had good food too.). Room was big and had all the amenities you could ask for.

Lack of technology and Kayla at the front desk was amazing but otherwise, poor customer service with accommodations for pets and different special requests/needs.

Rooms are small are outdated. Loved the free laundry but overall was less than I expected.
