Stay was good, bartenders were awful (on 5/8).
Pros:

Breakfast is good, location is good, cleanliness is good.

Cons:

The 2 bar tenders working the night of 5/8/26 were AWFUL!!! We saw the female bartender multiple times out on the sidewalk chatting on the phone for a lot of the 1.5 hours we were at the bar, leaving NOBODY working the bar. Although there also was a male on duty as well, but he was also absent a lot. We saw him sitting down at a table at one point - WHILE we were waiting for service - just chit-chatting with the singer's wife for quite a while - leaving the bar unattended. He also totally ignored us for about 10 minutes when we first showed up and took our seats at the bar. He was too busy scrolling on his phone while just standing at the end of the bar, yet he was very, very close to us and absolutely saw us come in and sit down yet he never addressed us. Instead he waited for the female bartender to come back from wherever she was (likely on her phone in front of the hotel, as I mentioned having seen her do). We were in absolute disbelief at their lack of care and attention to actually tending the bar, which they were there being paid to do. Just AWFUL, HORRIFIC service. Pretty shocking, honestly.

Perfect hotel for the Broadway experience
Pros:

Great location for downtown Broadway. Walkable almost everywhere or a 2 minute ride share.
Staff at hotel was above and beyond. Room was nice. Large. Clean. Would highly recommend.
