Beautiful room with a great location.
Pros:

This room was a corner room with great views. It was huge with a large sitting area, desk and bathroom. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of options. The location was ideal for exploring the downtown area of Nashville.

Staff was nice. Location was good.

Cons:

When we checked in, the staff member told me breakfast was included in my rate. I was charged the next morning for it. I would not have minded if the breakfast was worth being charged for.

That was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

I had several issues with the hotel room. The remote did not work at first I called down they offered me batteries I had to go down and get them myself. I switched the batteries the remote did not work come to find out after a little bit of Investigation the TV wasn't plugged in . Why was the TV unplugged I don't know. When I took a shower, the shower door would not stay closed. I had to hold the shower door closed while I took a shower . That was miserable. When I first got there the parking garage was completely full and I could not Park safely next to the hotel. So I had to find another parking facility which cost me quite a bit more to park there and I was also worried about my car being there overnight. You all did not have free breakfast which was very disappointing that it was more money to have breakfast. I would not stay here again just due to all the issues that I have.

Perfect hotel for Broadway visit
Pros:

Staying at Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown was perfect for our short weekend visit to Broadway. Just a short 2 block walk from the noise. The hotel had a full service bar that was an extra bonus! The hot buffet breakfast in the morning was perfect after a long night out. Our room was huge and had plenty of space to just hang out since there was a separate sitting area with a sofa.

Excellent linen.
that's enough!

Cons:

breakfast was fine, after that there is not much to eat - like for dinner - we did not expect that you pretty much had to go out for dinner.

Cheer Weekend
Pros:
