They didn’t have a room ready at check-in time didn’t get in to our room till after 5pm

The room was nice . The bed was comfortable.
Staff was helpful.

Cons:

No housekeeping the entire time we were there.
Wanted to charge us for early check in. We came back at 4:00 to check in and our room still was not ready. The gave us a different room with two doubles. Not a king bed like we expected.
Requested coffee and the girl delivered it while she was on the phone.

An expensive place to not get any decent sleep.
Pros:

The location is pretty central to everything in downtown. It was clean.

Cons:

It was so poorly insulated for sound that I could hear every car, every siren, every drunk person outside, and every single person in the hallway. The pillows are lumpy and weird, the mattresses are lumpy and too firm, and the sink didn’t drain well so there was always a little standing water in it. Overall, the hotel looks nice but is horribly uncomfortable.

Cons:

No housekeeping service on one of my two nights there. Misinformation from front desk regarding breakfast cost and late check out. Staff started to break down breakfast buffet and not replenish food items well before breakfast was scheduled to close.

Great Spot Close to Everything
Pros:

This location is super convenient and located close to Broadway. Lots of dining nearby and the hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. Will def return here on future visits.
