The Hotel was very clean and tidy. No smells whatsoever. We were able to Valet park at the hotel and walk to Broadway Street and the Nissan Stadium. The breakfast buffet is included with the room. There was a wide variety of breakfast food. The hot food was hot and the cold food was cold . The staff were very pleasant. Great Place to stay when in Nashville!

Ubicación Excelente junto al río, a un paso de Broadway, del Ryman Auditorium, del Country Music Hall of Fame, del Bridgestone Arena, y del Nissan Stadium; y cerca de todo el movimiento de la ciudad, pero en una zona tranquila y sin ruido.

Front desk attendants were very kind and helpful.. Valet guy was super...

Cons:

Shower door would not stay closed. Toilet paper end was broken. The water faucet would not stay on unless you turned it on wide open and no cold water would run out. Ran out of plates at breakfast. Attendants was not checking to refill food.

You get what you pay for…
Pros:

-Close to down town
-room was spacious
-pool is indoors and some how very cold
-staff is mostly friendly and helpful

Cons:

-Ride Share you have to meet up the road, not outside your hotel
-Hotel parking garage also used as public parking so it was full for our stay and had to pay for valet
-was told valet would be $65, got charged $83
- took almost an hr to get our car out of valet
-had a huge scratch on the door panel
-booked a room on a high floor. Room was on the 5th floor
-pool is small but the bigger issue is the slippery floor, definitely only visited it once
-it’s super busy so Uber Eats trying to get to the hotel took an additional 30 mins

Location and room design, valet staff was very friendly and helpful, more than front desk staff.

Cons:

Sink would not stay on at low to medium flow, shower door would roll open about 2 inches , toleit roll holder end cap was off (metal end exposed, end table was leaning at an angle.
