Kelcie was the best!!! Always vreeted me with a smile and such a positive attitude! 10 out of 10!!!
Conveniently located to all the Nashville downtown action. While a newer hotel, the rooms were clean but the Beds were so uncomfortable, definitely not the normal Hyatt style. The staff was courteous and other amenities were good.
Whole experience. Very close proximity to all the action of Broadway. The room was spacious, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast included which was delicious. Staff super helpful. Highly recommend.
Nothing to dislike.
It was downtown
Overkill with security. The key to use the elevator, Really!
I like that there was extra precaution with the security you had to use your key to go up and down the elevator. They had a good breakfast selection in the morning and the view was OK.
I don’t like that you can’t check in till 4 o’clock specially, when you’re only staying for one day.
Great location. Broadway on your doorstep. Great hotel. Most attractions are on your doorstep. The breakfast would be better up until 11am.rather than 06:30am till 09.30am
I would definitely stay here again.
Location, it's a short walk to the main strip.
The first room had an odor from carpet. The air conditioner had leaked on to carpet and the room smelled like mold or mildew. I told the front desk manager, no rooms were available the first night. They did call first thing in the morning with another room.
This was an amazing hotel!
Nothing
The lobby is nice, the breakfast was good the room was OK….not really super clean
Parking garage is a pain and I think $55 is insane for not even 24 hours
Very clean and quiet
Not knowing parking was $55 until check in
Good size rooms, clean, great breakfast.
Check in process took a long time. Waited for our room to be ready for almost an hour and was not ready until 30 mins after check in time
Tudo perfeito, café da manhã, funcionarios...
Location clean rooms
Check in process
Hotel lobby is clean, staff are friendly. Location is about a block from Ascend Amphitheater. Breakfast was ok but not the quality I would expect at a Hyatt. Parking garage is extremely tight, I would advise compact sedans only. Night time activity from the street definitely carries into the rooms. Check-in process definitely needs improved. We were supposed to be assigned a room once we received an alert text since our room wasn’t ready before leaving for a concert that evening. However our late checkin gave us probably the last available and most undesirable room knowing we couldn’t do anything about it.
Room 928 has an unpleasant smell. When reported they sent someone with a heavy chemical smelling spray bottle. At checkout we reported these details but feel like they will continue to ignore the condition of this room.
I chose this hotel because the reviews made it sound like an excellent place to stay, but that was not my experience.
The location is great, which is one of the hotel's strongest features. However, I didn't receive my room until 5:30 p.m. because it wasn't ready at the 4:00 p.m. check-in time. As a result, I felt the room had been cleaned in a rush rather than thoroughly, and the overall cleanliness made my stay uncomfortable.
The hotel did waive the $55 parking fee because of the delayed check-in, and I appreciate that gesture. However, it did not make up for my disappointment with the cleanliness of the room.
I also used the pool on the fifth floor, and it was noticeably dirty. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its cleaning and maintenance standards. Based on my experience, it did not live up to the positive reviews.
Good breakfast. Great location
Nothing
We stayed in a king room on the 9th floor overlooking the roof of an adjacent building. Guess we had to pay more to get a city view. The hotel is a few walkable blocks from the Ryman and Broadway, so it was very busy. Thankfully the hotel was very quiet. We ran into many folks in the hallway, elevator, and lobby, but were never disturbed by noises at night. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, although not terribly spacious. It was hard to get the air conditioning regulated; either too cold or too warm. The complimentary breakfast was good although choices were limited. The front desk staff could have been more helpful. We were promised a text message when our room was ready and that never happened. We paid $55/night for self-park. I believe valet was $62. Overall this was a good stay, and although it felt expensive it was probably quite reasonable for Nashville, which has become a VERY expensive place to visit.
