super Lage im Zentrum, Tiefgarage gleich darunter, perfekt für das Wochenende, als wir zu zweit beim Kufsteiner Radmarathon teilgenommen haben

Cons:

im Hochsommer könnte es wegen der fehlenden Klimaanlage recht heiß werden. Aber Ende August waren Temperatur und Lüftung ok.

Hervorragendes Frühstück in Bio-Qualität, neue bequeme Kissen, neues modernes Bad.

Cons:

Extremer Lärm nachts durch randalierende Jugendliche. Man kann nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen, wenn man die Fenster zum (eigentlich wunderschönen) Innenhof bzw. zur Burg hat.
