Un hotel muy acogedor para todos los públicos.
Pros:

La atención del personal,muy buena ,la limpieza muy buena,y el compromiso del personal por hacerte la instancia muy acogedora.
En general satisfecho de haber elegido el grace como hotel.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, lugar muy seguro. Un hotel muy bonito. El personal muy amable y hacen la estancia muy agradable. El hotel tiene una calidad humana muy buena. Y te apoyan en cualquier duda que tengas. Yo lo elegiría siempre que tenga que ir a Bogotá.

Cons:

El desayuno tienen muchas oportunidades de mejora. En el entendido que para algunos paquetes como en mi caso estaba incluido en la reserva, la calidad no era la misma pese a que se tienen 3 opciones a elegir. Pero en general es satisfactorio. Se podría valorar poner un elevador en el edificio que se adose de forma exterior de ser factible.

Cons:

The stairs in the hallway….and the loft stairs are a bit tricky. If I had a suggestion, you may want to identify which floor the rooms are on since you do not have an elevator.

Pros:

Forse la camera più bella del nostro soggiorno itinerante in Colombia. Camera ampia, letto grande, spazio per le valige. Comodo anche l’angolo cottura e molto carino il terrazzino dove poter fare colazione.

Cons:

Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza con il signore che ci ha accolto al check-in

el trato del personal, todos fueron amables, nos recomendaban como hacerle en los tours, restaurantes e inclusive nos prestaron la tarjeta del transporte urbano, nos dieron desayunos muy nutritivos y estaba en un área tranquila, limpia y muy céntrica

Schönes, modernes Apart-hotel mit nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Bett war richtig bequem und kuschelig. Die heiße Dusche haben wir an den eher kälteren Abenden richtig geschätzt. Das Frühstück fanden wir hervorragend. Die Lage ist sehr sicher, wir sind jeden Abend nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit Essen gegangen und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Man braucht bis zur Altstadt ca. 20 Minuten mit Uber. Alles in allem sehr gutes Preis-leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

Der Eingang sieht so aus wie eine Garagentor. Man erkennt erstmal nicht, dass das der Eingang ist. Vielleicht könnte man das beschriften 😊

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Grace Hotel, conveniently located near amenities and a shopping center. The reserved suite was quiet and clean, and the staff was very friendly. I also used the shuttle service, although it was paid. I highly recommend this hotel, with room for improvement in certain areas.

Buena opción de alojamiento en zona tranquila y céntrica
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó del hotel fue la ubicación y el personal, muy amable y siempre en disposición de resolver las peticiones. También me gustó la tranquilidad que permitía un buen descanso.

Cons:

Creo que podrían mejorar el desayuno, la calidad del pan y la cantidad que sirven de cereal. También podrían poner toalla de manos en el baño.
