Good hotel in city center
Pros:

The accommodation was perfect. Close to Amsterdam Central Station and the old city centre. Cozy room, blackout curtains, a coffee machine with coffee capsules that were refilled daily, and daily cleaning. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

In general all notes are minor, I didn’t get the idea why the light in a bathroom was all the time turned on, there were no separate light switch for bathroom and the light turned on automatically when you enter. During a night it was a bit uncomfortable

- Un membre du personnel n'était pas du tout sympathique lors du check-in
- Chambre avec odeur d'humidité
- Evacuation du bac de douche bouché entraînant un passage d'eau au niveau de la moquette du salon (sol trempé).

Ik kreeg een 4 persoons enkel bed kamer terwijl ik ruime 2 persoonskamer had geboekt. Ik sliep op een kleine zolder waar de airco stonk en je in de badkamer geen douche gordijn/ deur had

Je ne me souvenais pas d'avoir réservé une chambre en sous-sol, sans fenêtre. Mais bon, passons, ce doit être une inattention de ma part.
Je déconseille. Encore plus si on est claustrophobe !

our stay did not meet our expectations

Cons:

* The toilet was very small, and the sink was broken.
* The air conditioner was old and very noisy.
* We booked a superior room, but the view was disappointing as it directly faced the neighboring building’s windows, offering very little privacy.
* The reception staff were not as welcoming or helpful as we expected.
* We found a bottle on the floor that did not belong to us when we entered the room, which raised concerns about the room being properly checked before our arrival.
