Was ok, did the job to just sleep but not worth money you pay
Pros:

Clean bathroom, fresh towels and tv with English channels and connected to hotel internet

Cons:

Room smelt bad, stains on carpet, pillows were very small and no milk for the tea station provided

Great location clean and comfortable would stay again
Pros:

Location good, staff friendly

Cons:

Room did not get cleaned once during our trip unless you are up and out early and stay out they don’t clean room, had to ask for toilet paper then did not replenish stock

Ideally located for ease of access to Centraal Station & to explore the city
Pros:

The hotel's location near Centraal station made it an ideal base for exploring the city. Very easy to check in & out. Staff very friendly & pleasant. Our room had a lovely view over the river. The welcome box of chocolates was much appreciated!

Cons:

There was a stagnant water/ musty odour from the shower at times. Not bad enough to complain about.

Muy bueno
Pros:

La habitación estaba impecable y todos los días la limpiaban. Contaba con cafetera, pava eléctrica y todos los días reponían las cápsulas de café. El hotel queda a un paso de todo; está en una excelente ubicación.
