房間內需加強裝修
This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. The room looked so run down. There is quite a big gap from the door to the floor. You can literally hear people talking loudly outside your room. There are only two lights at the corner in the entire room. The wallpaper and the ceiling look very old. The toilet has mold on the ceiling with a small stream of water coming down from the wall. Shower curtain as the toilet door. The bath tub doesn't even have its own shower curtain. Funny thing is they used a shower curtain as the toilet door but no shower curtain for the bath tub. With the water spilling out onto the floor when showering. I am very concerned that either me or my family might have slipped and fallen when climbing out of the tub. One night stay cost more than $200 without breakfast.
You could have asked why I didn't complain or talk to the front desk? Since I've included my family's name list including the kids when booking the family room. By giving us this type of standard. I doubt they have any better rooms in the hotel anyways. What's the point then?
Coming back again? Never ever again.
The hotel is extremely old and rundown. Staff doesn't speak English or make any attempts to hear your concerns. My toilet wouldn't flush and they did nothing about it. The bed is as hard as a rock. I did get two more pillows when I complained. In the room, there was NO control of the air conditioning or hot water. It was freezing. Towels had holes in them. The faucet of the sink was precarious. It was the cheapest room I found in Taipei, but there is a reason for it.
地點跟捷運車站距離較遠（熟悉的話也需十五分鐘步程）設施比較老式（例如水龍頭鬆脫，冷氣沒有調校直吹睡床上），衛生清潔尚可（但是小心清潔房間後有東西丟三落四）
服務態度親切、住宿環境整體而言還算不錯；房務清潔部分真的很需加強••••

部屋の暖房が壊れており効かない
フロントに言うと、台湾のホテルは暖かくないと返答が来て、毛布を借りることとなった。ただ壊れてるだけだと思う。ベットメイクは毎日来てくれた。水も毎日ペットボトルを置いてくれた点だけは良いが、値段からしたら最悪と思った。
これならカプセルホテルに泊まった方がよかった。部屋が寒いと気持ちも萎える。
Safe and good environment
房間很大，剛好入住到有浴缸的房間，能在冷到不行的冬天裡泡澡，很幸運。
但浴缸的高度有點大，起身後滑倒的機會頗高，建議可加強安全性。
バスタブの排水をすると、洗面所まで水浸しになり、靴を履いて洗面所へ行かならなかった
その他は部屋も広くて良かったです
Damp and musty. Lert the window open. Kettle and fridge ok. Walk to train within reason. Hot water for shower ok. Foundation of tub in need of serious repair. Very old building.
貴都大飯店房間須然比較殘舊,都可以接受,但有個別職員服務態度就不太好,有次要求櫃枱職員補給日用品時,發覺該職員當時回覆態度,表現出極不滿意.
Overall, the hotel and room was quite nice, but I was disappointed that there was a lot of mould in the washroom along the tub and in the tile grout lines. As well, be aware that it is not normal for hotels in Taipei to necessarily have heat and this hotel does not, and I found the room quite cold and difficult to be comfortable in for this reason.
ホテルのシステムが分かりづらく、4泊したのに一度もルームクリーニングがありませんでした。アメニティもこちらから言わないと用意されず、不便に感じました。
チェックアウト後タクシーを呼んでくれたのが良かった。受け付けの人が感じ良かった。
두번다시 안가고 싶어요.
Clean. Lovely lake view. Room facilities outstanding. Highly recommended to stay here!
