Ich würde nicht nochmal kommen - bis auf den Spa Bereich enttäuschend.
Pros:

Der SPA Bereich ist wirklich schön!

Cons:

Das Essen war sehr gewöhnlich und teilweise auch nicht ansprechend.
Beim Frühstück ist mir wirklich der Appetit vergangen, nachdem an der Saftstation 3 Tage hintereinander der Ingwer stand, der fast an jedem einzelnen Teil geschimmelt war (grün & weißer Schimmer). Außerdem war der Käse ebenfalls 3 Tag unangetastet am Frühstück und hat sich an den Rändern getrocknet nach oben gewellt.
(Am dritten Tag habe ich das Personal auf den geschimmelten Ingwer angesprochen, woraufhin mit wortlos etwas frische Ingwer hingeknallt wurde.)
All in all fand ich hatte das Esse einen billigen Touch.

Zudem waren die Bilder vom Hotel ganz anders als die Realität. Der Großteil des Hotels ist sehr veraltet und nicht so schön modern wie es auf den Bilder wirkt.

Personal sehr unflexibel und schnell überfordert.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in einem gut gelegenen schönen Hotel mit verbesserungswürdiger Vollpension
Pros:

Ich hatte Vollpension gebucht, jedoch fand ich lediglich das Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Mittag und Abendbrot als Bestandteil der gebuchten Vollpension war nicht gut.

May Hintertux skiing
Pros:

I and my teenage daughter had rented one of the apartments for a short weekend break. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, modern and very clean.
Hotel facilities wise, we went there on extra season, at beginning of May when the main hotel was closed. Despite this, the wellness area (swimming pool, sauna, gym, etc) was opened. Good size swimming pool and very clean. Well equiped gym.

Great hotel. Extremely recommended.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Very clean and well-equipped room. Superior spa area with pool and saunas. Bus stop right next to the hotel door. All personal experienced and friendly. Ski locker room clean and nicely equipped. Spacious and covered parking.

The best place to get relax:-)
Pros:

Ideal place for skiing's lovers, bus stop in the front of the hotel, luxury spa and swimming pool area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast offering many varied products e.g. fresh juices, flive cooking area. The dinner was tasty, starting from salads, starters, soups, main courses and ending up with deserts.

gem in Hintertux area
Pros:

what a wonderful alpine style hotel, starting with comfortable rooms and ending with beautiful indoor pool area accompanied by indoor/outdoor saunas. We truly enjoyed full board with yummy dinners. all staff was very friendly and helpful.

Best hotel in the Tirol
Pros:

An amazing hotel set in a fantastic location. The rooms and facilities are top class along with the staff. The food is excellent and the best I have ever had at a hotel.

I highly recommend this family run hotel and you would not be disappointed
