Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel im Herzen der Zillertaler Alpen. Wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge sowie auch zur kurzen Anreise für Wanderungen im Umkreis. Wahnsinnig schöner Spa Bereich und großartiges Essen! Auch der Service ist grandios!

Cons:

Das brummen meines Kühlschrank, Problem wird/wurde behoben 😊😉

Für mich stimmte jedenfalls bei unserem Zimmer das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (bei Weitem) nicht.
Pros:

Gut gefallen hat mir die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das Essen sowie der große Innenpool. Auch hatten wir einen schönen Tisch im neuen Restaurant. Allerdings muss man hier wohl Glück haben. In dem alten Restaurant hätte ich mich nicht so wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Ich war zum ersten Mail in diesem Hotel und hatte ein "Lifestyle Studio M" gebucht für 2 Personen für immerhin rund EUR 490/Nacht (!!!) gebucht und um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Was ich bekommen habe, ist ein normales - allerdings renoviertes - Doppelzimmer im ersten Stock über der Küche mit Blick auf den Parkplatz, die Bierkästen und die Mülltonne hinter dem Hotel. Ergebnis: Man bekam nicht nur die Tätigkeiten in der darunter gelegenen Küche "live" bis in den späteren Abend mit, sondern auch jedes Öffnen und Schließen der Mülltonnen und das Klappern der Bierkästen. Als ich bei der Abreise gefragt wurde, wie es mir gefallen habe, machte ich freundlich darauf aufmerksam. Als Antwort bekam ich, dass das Problem bekannt sei, man schon mit dem Architekten gesprochen habe und das Isolieren der Decke zur Küche das nächste Projekt sei. Ich verstehe nicht, wie man ein derartiges Zimmer für den genannten Preis ohne jeglichen Hinweis zu dem genannten Preis vermieten kann, wenn das Problem bekannt ist. Ich habe den Eindruck gewonnen, dass man es für einen kurzfristigen Umsatz inkauf nimmt, dass jedenfalls Gäste, die in diesem Zimmer gewohnt haben, nicht wiederkommen. Schade!

A very nice hotel with super nice staff!
Pros:

The food was excellent and the wine card was very good value. Very friendly staff and a very nice renovated large spa area with a large indoor pool and outside natural pool.

Cons:

The only drawback were the beds which were ok but a bit on the poor side. Also the duvets were not thick down one which I normally experience in Austria.

Pros:

Very nice well equipped apartments. Great location, well connected to the slopes with the free sports bus.

Cons:

While the prices in peak season are high, there is additional cleaning fee at check out which should have been included in the price.

Ich würde nicht nochmal kommen - bis auf den Spa Bereich enttäuschend.

Der SPA Bereich ist wirklich schön!

Cons:

Das Essen war sehr gewöhnlich und teilweise auch nicht ansprechend.
Beim Frühstück ist mir wirklich der Appetit vergangen, nachdem an der Saftstation 3 Tage hintereinander der Ingwer stand, der fast an jedem einzelnen Teil geschimmelt war (grün & weißer Schimmer). Außerdem war der Käse ebenfalls 3 Tag unangetastet am Frühstück und hat sich an den Rändern getrocknet nach oben gewellt.
(Am dritten Tag habe ich das Personal auf den geschimmelten Ingwer angesprochen, woraufhin mit wortlos etwas frische Ingwer hingeknallt wurde.)
All in all fand ich hatte das Esse einen billigen Touch.

Zudem waren die Bilder vom Hotel ganz anders als die Realität. Der Großteil des Hotels ist sehr veraltet und nicht so schön modern wie es auf den Bilder wirkt.

Personal sehr unflexibel und schnell überfordert.

Pros:

Ich hatte Vollpension gebucht, jedoch fand ich lediglich das Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Mittag und Abendbrot als Bestandteil der gebuchten Vollpension war nicht gut.
