價格便宜！！離演唱會會場近！

Cons:

浴室的浴缸水龍頭沒辦法出水 只能用蓮蓬頭
還有從外面看房間門口的右側 有一個類似暗門的東西
會讓人有隱私的疑慮 畢竟一進門右側是一面大鏡子😶

糟糕透頂
Pros:

離大巨蛋很近是唯一的優點了。

Cons:

一、房間整晚有煙味。
二、樓下是聲色場所，晚上隔音差聽得到吵鬧聲。
三、安全疑慮：
房間這層樓沒有任何門禁或櫃檯，任何人都能走到房間門口；我的房間正對著電梯出來的走廊，半夜房門被敲不只一次。
四、燈在無人操作之下會自行開關：
睡前故意不關燈，半夜醒來發現燈被全關了，早上不到八點突然啪一聲，燈又全開了，我馬上嚇醒。後來九點多想再睡一下，我把燈全關了，不到十分鐘，房門旁吊衣桿上面的投射燈突然被打開了。真的嚇到不敢再睡。
五、給了顧客錯誤停車資訊卻先質疑客人，最終只獲得一句輕飄飄的道歉：
入住前兩天特地打電話詢問有無配合的停車場、哪裡可以停車？接電話的男士說沒有配合的停車場，但「華新大樓」的地下室有停車場，全部都可以停；他還強調車道口在大樓的後方，要繞一下才能抵達。入住當天到了車道口，直接被警衛擋下，說不開放外車停放，我們解釋是樓上凡登旅館的住客，且此資訊是詢問飯店人員而得到的，警衛依然叫我們停到隔壁「統領大樓」的停車場。我們轉向「統領大樓」的停車場後，被非警衛的人員告知此處為私人停車場，不是隨便都能停的，口氣很差地趕我們走。於是我們立刻致電詢問，卻得到飯店人員用質疑的語氣回：「本來就沒有特約停車場，要自己找外面的收費停車場，誰跟你說的？」當下我們趕時間，便沒有多爭執，趕快自己找停車場。隔天退房時，向櫃台人員反應停車資訊錯誤問題，櫃台人員聽完露出疑惑的表情，馬上打給經理再解釋一遍；然而經理第一時間是先否認，說不可能會有人員提供錯得離譜的資訊，確認我是否聽錯了；聽我反覆敘述的說詞都一致後，經理轉向懷疑我真的有打電話嗎、是否打錯電話，當我出示通話紀錄給櫃檯人員，並唸出時間與撥出號碼給經理後，經理才態度軟化道歉，但同時再三強調她也不知道是誰這麼做、當天值班無男性正職人員等推託之詞。最後留了我的電話和姓名，說會再調查清楚。只有隔著電話口頭道歉，沒有任何補償措施，至今也沒通知調查結果。

整體來說是我住過最差的飯店，但地理位置好，相信依舊會有源源不絕的客人。祝福貴店與未來的住客。

沒完善的資訊讓客人了解，是否有無提供盥洗用具（到場才知道，響應環保沒供刷牙用具，如需要，要給5星好評），入住前詢問店家問題，也沒回復，我很想說，不要因為房價優惠，就漏洞百出，服務降價，平台在配合上，因該要更嚴謹，不要成為便宜就是爛的平台
