Pros:

Alles! Es gibt sehr viele zahme Tiere auf dem Gelände. Kamele, rote und andere Affenfamilien, ein großes Kaninchengehege, eine Eselfamilie, Puten, Hühner, Buschbabies, einen braven Hund mit Nanen Dudu, Kätzchen. Zwei Höhlen/Caves. Einen neuen mega großen Pool und einen kleineren Pool und sehr freundliches Personal! Die Zimmer sind mit Blüten geschmückt, jeden Abend gibt es Plätzchen und einen gute Nacht Spruch in einer kleinen Papierrolle ans Bett gebracht. Alles ist sehr sauber. Aktuell ist ein kleines Krankenhaus auf dem Gelände im Bau, sodass man sofort Hilfe bekommt, falls man einen Arzt benötigt. Einen Leihwagen kann man direkt dort mieten für kleines Geld. Es gibt zwei Baumhäuser zu mieten. Und das Sicherheitspersonsl, die Massai können Mau Mau spielen ;-) Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Cons:

Der Strand ist in manchen Monaten nicht so schön, da Meer und Wind Blätter etc. anspülen.

Pros:

Room s were good and of high comfort and cleanliness was maintained staff were excellent

Cons:

The food was not just horrible but some mad chef who fed us with stale food from expiry fridged garbage we complained and we all suffered food poisoning.

Super, immer wieder!
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück! Der alte und neue Pool!
Der liebenswerte Küchenchef, jetzt auch Chef für das Hotel, SUPER, das hat er verdient. Wir waren nicht zum ersten mal dort und er liefert immer sehr gut ab!!! Diese Jobposition, mehr als verdient!!!
Die vielen Tiere, als würde man im Tierpark wohnen...

Cons:

Der Strand könnte etwas aufgeräumter sein.

Considering the price of the hotel, it was a complete disaster. I don't recommend it at all.
Pros:

After I complained, the manager was accommodating and changed my room. As compensation, they provided a New Year's Eve dinner for free. The staff was pleasant and helpful. However, this didn't save the overall impression. There was nothing to do at the hotel, so we traveled north every day, where the hotels were half the price, and the beaches, restaurants, activities, and safety were incomparably better.

Cons:

During low tide, the sea disappeared and the beach turned into a swamp. This condition lasted practically from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Swimming was only possible in a small substitute pool accompanied by the noise of construction machinery.
The dishes were mostly below average and seemed to be made with semi-prepared ingredients. I don't understand the chef's approach, especially considering how much fresh fruit and vegetables were being sold everywhere around. Around there were only slums full of poor people who would play football on the beach at night. I didn't feel safe there. The hotel advertises a spa and wellness area, and a gym. The "spa/wellness" area is basically three dirty wooden tables where someone might give you a massage. I didn't try it. The gym has three rusty bikes and a treadmill that doesn't work.

hôtel très calme (basse saison) mais impossible de se baigner (algues, marées), trop isolé
Pros:

-propreté chambre (linge changé) , gentillesse personnel (pas le "supervisor")
-calme
-restaurant à la carte
-piscine (même si pas terminée)
-animaux dans jardin hôtel (ânes,singes,chameaux,...) et jardin tropical

Cons:

-plage (marées très fortes, algues pas nettoyées sur plage)>impossible de se baigner
-vendeurs qui vous accostent sur la plage
-localisation (trop isolé)
-allées en sable, alentours piscine pas terminés (tas de terre, trous), pas de bassin pour se laver les pieds devant la piscine
-musique au bar (toujours la même playlist)

Pros:

Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Alle Angestellten sind außerordentlich freundlich. Es ist sehr sauber im Zimmer und auf der Anlage. Das Essen im Restaurant schmeckt ausgezeichnet und die Preise sind okay. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist sehr vielseitig.
Für Naturliebhaber bietet dieser Strand ein einzigartiges Schauspiel. Wegen den starken Gezeiten sind ausgedehnte Wattwanderungen möglich, wo man viele interessante Tiere beobachten kann.
Für Tierliebhaber ist die Anlage - die quasi ein einziger blühender Park ist - ein wunderbares Spektakel mit vielen verschiedenen Tieren, die auf dem Areal leben (und die man evtl. sogar streicheln kann, da sie sich zum Teil frei bewegen können). Andere (Wild-) Tiere sind Dauergäste in der Anlage - darunter exotische Vögel und Schmetterlinge, verschiedene (harmlose) Echsenarten sowie alle 3 auf Sansibar vorkommenden Affenarten (dennoch empfehlen wir einen Besuch des Jozani-Urwalds, der in nächster Nähe gelegen ist). Gerade die wilden Affen sind gar nicht scheu und lassen sich auch gut fotografieren.

Cons:

Der Strand ist leider durch die starken Gezeiten immer mit angeschwemmten Seegras (und etwas Müll) bedeckt . Schwimmen im Meer ist nicht möglich da es zu seicht ist. Als Badestrand empfehlen wir, in den Norden nach Nuyuni Beach auszweichen; dieser Strand liegt schon außerhalb der (seichten) Bucht von Chwaka, ist aber nicht überlaufen, relativ frei von Müll, es gibt einige Bäume (Schatten) und das Meer ist jederzeit wunderschön zum Baden!

Było ok, a jednak.....
Pros:

Hotel to spory obiekt, znajduje się nad samym oceanem. Jest tam cisza i spokój, w styczniu było tam bardzo mało ludzi. Zwierzęta (króliki, kozy, małpki, osiołki, pies i koty) dodawały uroku. Trochę jak w agroturystyce. W pokoju klimatyzacja, zestaw do kawy i herbaty oraz codzienne sprzątnie. Były też ręczniki oraz zestaw kosmetyków. Był basen.

Cons:

W tym miejscu są bardzo duże odpływy oceanu, i plaża staje się na wiele godzin nieużyteczna. Warto na to zwrócić uwagę. Zostawał nam basen, dość mały, ale nowy się buduje (NIE JEST JESZCZE OTWARTY). My mieliśmy swój samochód wypożyczony więc jeździliśmy na inne plaże, piękniejsze, z białym piaskiemu i turkusową wodą. Śniadania nie były zbyt smaczne. Kolacje były ok, ale w innych miejscach jadaliśmy o wiele lepiej. WiFi działało tylko na balkonie lub przy basenie/ plaży. Personel miły, ale warto wspomnieć o pewnym incydencie: prawdopodobnie wypadł nam portfel gdy wracaliśmy z restauracji do pokoju (albo ktoś go nam zabrał już wcześniej - ciężko to było ustalić). Po kilku godzinach znalazł się portfel, ale pusty - ktoś zabrał wszystkie pieniądze. Oczywiście zdarza się, ale jednak stało się to na ternie hotelu. Manager nie za bardzo wyraził jakąś skruchę. Początkowo obiecał nam jakąś zniżkę, ale ostatecznie wydłużył nam tylko ostatni dzień o 4h (lot do domu był późnym wieczorem). Ciężko określić kogoś winę, ale jednak brak monitoringu, czy jakiejś rekompensaty wpłynął na naszą opinię niestety. Hotel jest ok, ale okazało się że są lepsze w lepszych miejscach na wyspie i z lepszym jedzeniem.
