Pros:

環境舒適 即使被安排在電梯前的房間也不覺得吵
離捷運站走路很快就到了對面還有711很方便

Cons:

應該是經理嗎還是一位男服務員check in時全程都沒笑容原本以為我們是外國人講話語氣和緩不知道是不是一聽到我們講中文感覺態度有差 但不影響出去玩的心情反之隔天早上離開飯店前的女服務員態度就很棒很喜歡

Großes Zimmer und guter Service – kleiner Abzug beim Wäscheservice
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet, auch Sauberkeit und Zimmerservice waren überzeugend. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und bot für jeden Geschmack etwas.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Wir haben im Hotel Wäsche gewaschen, dabei ist die Waschmaschine mit unserer nassen Wäsche darin kaputtgegangen (nicht durch uns verursacht). Da wir am nächsten Morgen abreisen mussten, hätten wir erwartet, dass das Hotel uns etwas unterstützt, damit die Wäsche noch trocken wird. Stattdessen mussten wir nachts selbst alles in den Trockner umräumen und diesen auch noch bezahlen.
Vielleicht sind unsere Erwartungen hier etwas hoch gewesen, aber bei dem Preisniveau hätten wir uns in dieser Situation etwas mehr Service gewünscht. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aber sehr angenehm und wir können das Hotel unbedingt empfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt in Taipei, speziell im COZZI Hotel war ein bereicherndes Erlebnis. Für Jung und Alt!
Pros:

Es war außerordentlich sauber, zuvorkommend, überall helfende Hände, sehr freundlich in allen Bereichen wie Rezeption, Zimmerservice, Küchen- und Bedienpersonal. Zimmer sind bestens ausgestattet, Badewanne, Dusche, Toilettebecken mit Bidetaufsatz (wichtig für die Hygiene). Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr günstig. Taxi und Buszufahrt direkt vor dem Hoteleingang, aber auch leicht mit Metro und Bussen des Öffentlichen Verkehrs zu erreichen. Man fühlt sich in diesem Viertel sehr wohl. Das Sicherheitsgefühl in Taipei ist in jedem Stadtteil sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Sitzgelegenheiten, Stühle, Sofas sind sehr niedrig (38 cm habe ich gemessen) für große Menschen (193 cm). Das Aufstehen wird dann zur Trainingseinheit :-)
