訂房部服務態度非常差勁！在入住前聯繫因故需延後入住，當時訂房人員態度非常親切，並主動詢問期望入住日期，說明已備註處理。然而在我入住前約兩週確認訂房狀況，出現其他訂房部人員表示因Booking平台沒有修改系統，所以之前延住訂房無效，並扣款原入住房費！我說明消費者不知道平台與飯店怎麼做後台操作，只知道當時飯店已允諾可延住，並確認日期，如今換一位訂房人員便推託是booking平台問題，詢問為什麼平台沒有處理卻沒有主動聯繫訂房人去和Booking協調，依然鬼打牆說不是他們問題，第一次遇到號稱四星飯店卻服務態度極差的服務人員，不會再要求處理入住或退款，僅供經驗讓大家參考。
