其他真的都很好，早餐服務流程與人員服務意識要加強，真要加強!!

早餐很好吃，也多少會有些變化。

Cons:

早餐但年假住房較滿，短短早餐時間免不了會有離峰尖峰出現，每年都是一樣的問題(每年都入住)，為甚麼想不出一套有創意的解決方法。例如:離峰時間加特色菜，尖峰時間不加特色菜，尖峰加人手，離峰減人手，離峰餐車到房服務.....，一昧地鼓勵客人早點來不然要排隊，出來度假花高額費用為甚麼要給飯店情嘞呢?

Pros:

地點優，房間大，有浴缸可以泡澡，房價附早餐，早餐也豐盛好吃。

Cons:

被子有污漬，有請房務更換，再注意清潔會更好，浴巾毛巾給的少，2大1小，只給兩條，雖然我們有自己帶，但飯店給多1條浴巾和毛巾，國旅會更好。

It was a very comfortable stay and match the expectation.
Pros:

Room size and cleanliness are excellent. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There is only 2 places in the hotel that people can refill water bottles. If there can be one on each floor, that will be great.
Restaurant wine selection is very limited.

Toilet bowl was easily stuck, rubber panel detached from shower door suddenly and fell down. No bathtub even though other COZZI have.

Decent stay but I might try other place next time
Pros:

Spacious room with better cleanliness than the other hotels in Taipei the price though was higher than what they have to offer

Cons:

Not all the staff were friendly. They did offered late check out and let us leave out baggage for hours but still the price is higher than what they have to offer
