The hotel was clean and up to date with a mini fridge and coffee maker. The location was very good and close to sites, and felt safe at night. Breakfast was good and the staff was kind.

Da localização e o ambiente sempre limpo e acolhedor. Excelente café da manhã. A recepcionista Andrea foi ótima e nos forneceu, com simpatia e eficiência, dicas sobre a cidade.
Da propaganda dando a entender que o quarto reservado seria com alguma vista de montanha ou cidade e ficamos hospedados em um apartamento com vista para a parede.

En el primer piso no hay personal todo el tiempo y en ocasiones se tardan en abrir la puerta. Pero en general todo fue muy bien.
La ubicación, perfecto para conocer Candelaria, una de las zonas más bonitas e interesantes de Bogotá

El conductor, Sr. Sneyder Fonseca, que el hotel llamó para trasladarnos del aeropuerto al hotel, resultó ser un informal, que no se presentó a la cita para llevarnos del hotel al aeropuerto, como habíamos concertado.

En la noche fuera del hotel anda bastante gente de la cale, pero eso es ya es desde las 10 aproximadamente

Il n’y a aucune indication sur le fonctionnement de l hôtel qui vous ai résumé sur papier dans la chambre . Nous devions partir de l hôtel le matin de bon heure On ne savait pas que le petit déjeuner le samedi ne commençait qu à partir de 7h00 au lieu 6h30 .Nous sommes partis sans déjeuner.

Getting in and out of the front door was difficult as there wasn’t always a member of staff to buzz you in/out on the secondary front desk (the main reception is upstairs)
