El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación cerca de los puntos de interés de la ciudad. A pasos del Museo del Oro y a unos 10 minutos de la zona turística de la Candelaria. Excelentes restaurantes a su alrededor. Las mejores habitaciones son las que tienen vista a la montaña; vista espectacular.
Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en el hotel y repetiría si es necesario.

Pros:

Bien localizado, y las habitaciones bien de tamaño y de condiciones generales, no se puede pedir mucho más

Cons:

La sábana superblanca, con un buen agujero el cual no se molestaron en disimular ni ocultar.
El desayuno bastante justito... No nos gustó mucho

Wonderful hotel and fantastic staff

Clean, great value for money, excellent location, delicious breakfast.

And I can’t speak highly enough about the reception team. We were there at the time of the terrible earthquake in Colombia and needed to change our trip plans and i cannot speak highly enough about the ladies there. They spent hours trying to help us with everything. All of them were extremely sweet and patient and professional- thank you!
