Da würde ich wieder buchen!
Pros:

- Sehr ruhige Lage (waren am Wochenende da)
- sehr großes Zimmer mit sep. Bad und WC und Schreibtisch, Flur
- Frühstück war sehr gut, mit allem wichtigen Dingen erhältlich (nicht zu viel und zu wenig für uns)
- Haltestelle Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hoteleingang
- zu Fuß kommt man in ca. 20 min in die Innenstadt
- am Wochenende kann man Sa. ab 12:00 bis Montag morgen ca. 8:00 kostenlos parken. Parkplätze genügend um das Hotel vorhanden. Bitte selber immer wegen Änderungen kontrollieren.

Cons:

nur eine Kleinigkeit: im WC könnte das Licht heller sein.

Sauberes und preiswertes Hotel mit gutem Zimmer, allerdings mit Verbesserungsbedarf bei Transparenz.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, funktional eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders positiv fanden wir das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Außerdem konnten wir in der Nähe kostenlos parken, was sehr praktisch war.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation bezüglich der Parksituation war leider nicht transparent. Am Telefon wurde uns gesagt, dass es in der Umgebung keine Parkmöglichkeiten gäbe und nur die hoteleigene Tiefgarage genutzt werden könne, welche € 18 pro Tag kostet. Vor Ort haben wir jedoch an beiden Tagen problemlos kostenlose Parkplätze in der Derflingerstraße gefunden. Natürlich verstehen wir, dass das Hotel die eigene Tiefgarage anbieten bzw. verkaufen möchte – und hätten diese auch genutzt, wenn wir keinen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden hätten. Trotzdem hätten wir uns eine ehrlichere und transparentere Auskunft gewünscht, etwa dass "es kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt, diese aber nicht immer verfügbar sind."
Außerdem wirkte der Herr an der Rezeption beim Check-in eher wenig motiviert. Etwas mehr Begeisterung für den Job, Herzlichkeit oder zumindest ein kleines Lächeln hätten den ersten Eindruck deutlich angenehmer gemacht ;-)
Negativ aufgefallen ist uns auch die Hellhörigkeit im Flurbereich. Man konnte deutlich hören, wenn andere Gäste am Gang vorbeigingen oder sich unterhielten. Eine bessere Schalldämmung wäre hier wünschenswert.

The parking was expensive - we paid almost 47 EUR for the whole 2 days of parking when staying in the hotel.
