Pros:

Niezwykle urozmaicone, bardzo bogaty wybór dań, wszystkie świeże i smaczne, dla mojej żony na diecie bezglutenowej były bardzo dobre razowe bułeczki i tosty. Od 3 lat wybieramy ten hotel, jako przystanek w podróży na narty do Włoch.

Pros:

Es ist im großen und ganzen ein sehr schönes Hotel. Es liegt innerstädtisch, sodass man gleich km Zentrum ist. Das Zimmer war sehr schön gewesen und modern. Jedoch waren die Matratzen für unsere Verhältnisse sehr ausgelegen. Weiterhin war nicht alles gründlich gereinigt. Hier war der Spiegel im Bad noch beschmiert. Das Frühstücksbufet war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich gewesen. Lediglich die Brötchen haben gefehlt. Diese wurden, nachdem wir mit dem Frühstück fertig waren, auf Anfrage von anderen Gästen nachgereicht.

Cons:

Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful at reception. They did not seem to want to help with queries. Have stayed there before and this was not the case

Auftenhalt hat mir sehr gut gefallen
Pros:

-Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, frische Produkte, grosse Auswahl.
-Bett war sehr bequem
-Badzimmer schön gross
-Freundliches Personal :-)

Cons:

-Fenster war nicht dicht, und Heizung im Zimmer 111 konnte nur auf Lauwarm eingestellt werden.

We were woken at 7:00 a.m. by reception demanding that we move our car, although no one was leaving and we had parked there without issue the day before
Housekeeping repeatedly opened our room door while we were sleeping (7:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., and again at 10:00 before 11:00 checkout) without knocking — a serious violation of privacy
Told at check-in that parking was free, but after departure received a demanding message requesting immediate payment
Incorrect charge for cappuccino at breakfast (breakfast and coffee were included); only removed after we questioned it
Poor communication at reception (only one key for two guests, no basic information provided unless asked)
Very uncomfortable pillows; no water, kettle, tea, or coffee in the room

Great location. Easy to access to any attraction. The room is spacious and the staff is very nice, especially the ones in the restaurant. Very patient and thoughtful. The food in the restaurant is delicious. We would definitely stay there again if we are back to Kufstein.
