On booking, you can expect Double-bed or 2 single-beds, but actually, they have 0 double-bed!!!!
Even if I requested twice double-bed, they ignored my request, never wrote that this was not possible

Зупинялась втретє. Цього разу позитивних вражень обмаль.
Pros:

В готелі не передбачено видавати бокс з сухим пайком на період відсутності відпочиваючих під час екскурсій, проте Родерік зміг все організувати оперативно та з високою якістю.

Cons:

Номер не прибирався. Прибиральницю «ловили» щоб вона міняла рушники.
Зберігання багажу відбувалось в іншому готелі, що викликало незручності

Pros:

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von diesem „Hotel“. Das Verhalten und der Umgang des Personals mit den Gästen waren absolut inakzeptabel und alles andere als professionell. Von Freundlichkeit, Respekt oder gutem Service war leider überhaupt nichts zu spüren.

Auch die Parkplatzsituation war eine große Enttäuschung. Insgesamt hat mir an diesem Aufenthalt praktisch nichts gefallen. Für mich war das definitiv das erste und letzte Mal in diesem „Hotel“.

Ich werde hier nie wieder ein Zimmer buchen und kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Schade um das Geld und die Zeit.

Cons:

Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht von der Arbeit des Personals und vor allem von ihrem Verhalten und Umgang mit den Kunden.

Ubytování v malebných pokojích s krásným výhledem na promenádu a okolí vřídla. Ochotný a příjemný pán na recepci a celkově personál hotelu. Možnost polopenze. Možnost přesunu zavazadel pomocí lanovky do parkovacího domu poblíž hotelu.

I don’t quote the location as it simply is a reason I have chosen this accommodation.

Cons:

I would expect much more professionalism from 4* hotel.
The evening shift man receptionist “welcome words” were: “first, it would be needed to pay”. So, hardly warm greetings.
However, this “hotel” has its good reason requesting your payment at your arrival - you are trapped with no chance for a change or compensation.
In our case it meant we paid for a room we didn’t booked (with a view to a city) and which was more expensive.
Nothing has changed although our complaints, we have been given only weak explanations, excuses, and funny explanations that it happens to them relatively often (well trained staff, indeed), and no refund at all (not even anything suggested).
The ignorance is brutal. That’s what you realize reading the two years old comments from another guests having the same experience supported with equipment with its “golden ages” in the far past. Really, touching a light above your bed can cost you a serious wound, even a life - finding out that it doesn’t hold in place cause it was glued long time ago. Avoid the room 107 therefore. Or, better - avoid rooms from this hotels group.
