Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption

Cons:

Die Ausstattung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, sehr runterkommen Inventar
Der Fahrstuhl war mehrmals defekt und wir mussten dann bis zur 4. Etage laufen, das passierte uns an 3 Tagen so.
Das Frühstück war eintönig, die Brötchen waren altbacken, Kaffee aus dem Automaten
Abendessen ist nicht zu empfehlen
Parkhaus zu weit vom Hotel entfernt

Персонал дружелюбный,завтраки и ужины хорошие и вкусные.мечторасполодение супер.

Cons:

Очень грязный в пятнах ковролин,душевые возле спа вонючие и грязные,лифт не работал на третьем этаже .в нашу стоимость входил массаж по 30 минут на человека.сделали только 30 минут на двоих.

Best location and value for money
Pros:

Excellent location, wonderful service and staff! Breakfast amazing and room clean. Bonus was the balcony by the swimming pool overlooking the city. We loved it!!!

Piscina i sauna. Ben situat

Cons:

Ascensor espatllat 3 cops, humitats a la moqueta, sense parking propi (recomanen parquing public a dalt la muntanya i baixes en funicular, curiós). Mobles dels anys 80 i sense endolls accessibles. Casi del segle XIX, però amb wifi

Pros:

Vynikající poloha v lázeňském centru, secesní budova, střešní bazén se saunou a terasou, chutné pestré snídaně i večeře.

Cons:

Nelze parkovat u hotelu.. Zlobil výtah, ale hned ho opravili.

Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Verstehe nicht, warum booking.com derartige Hotels führt.
Pros:

Hotelpool und Lage. Personal war freundlich, jedoch nicht ausreichend, da Reception fallweise nicht belegt war.

Cons:

Zimmer (Spinnenweben an der Decke, nicht gesaugt) und Bad (Mülleimer voll) nicht gereinigt. Klimaanlage war defekt (während Betrieb tropfte ständig Wasser aus Klimaanlage) und schlecht regelbar. Obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer reserviert war, waren Brandflecke im Teppichboden und ein gefüllter Aschenbecher auf dem kleinen Balkon.
Beim Früchstück war die Butter nicht gekühlt. Gekochte Eier Fehlanzeige.

Lage und Ausblick waren perfekt. Leckeres und gesundes Essen.
Pros:

Der Service hätte nicht besser sein können. Besonders Martin, Katherina, Svetlana und unsere Massagezauberin aus den Philippinen.

Karlovy Vary město, rozhledny, kostel

Cons:

Ubytování. Po dlouhé době velmi nespokojeni. Hotel se nemuze honosit 4*. Zastaralé, velmi ošuntělé. Jídlo bez výběru a spíše polotovary.
