Άνετα μεγάλα δωμάτια, πολύ καθαρά, με πολλές παροχές όπως μπουρνούζια και δώρο ένα μπουκάλι κρασί. Το εστιατόριο πολύ κομψό, και το φαγητό καλό. Η θέση του κεντρικότατη με ωραία θέα.

Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum und somit lassen sich Ausflüge und Spaziergänge sehr gut starten. Der empfohlene Parkplatz/ Parkhaus, lässt sich mittels Seilbahn ( Gleich neben dem Hotel ) sehr gut erreichen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und jeder sollte für sich etwas finden. Beim Abendessen würde ich lieb gemeinte 5/10 Punkten geben. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great location near the city center! The room was good with great mattress.

Cons:

The spa too small and the swimming pool not hot enough. There is only one sauna and no steam bath. Needs renovation. The dinner quite poor.

Hotel is very well located, clean, quiet, good breakfast and bed is comfortable..

Cons:

The SPA is poor. A dry sauna and a pool, but water was cold. For a fee you get jacuzzi, with some minerals(30 euro/20 mins), also masaje available, but I didn't see somebody to ask for services. The city is more for old people, no major attraction for young or middle age and also the extra season didn't help.

Pros:

Super Lage, mitten in der Stadt und zu Fuß alles super zugänglich, auch mit Kinderwagen. Das Frühstück war immer gut,nicht abwechslungsreich, aber immer frisch und ausgewogen. Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal, immer hilfsbereit und höflich! Vielen lieben Dank!

Cons:

Zimmer aufräumen sowie saubere Handtücher nur nach Aufforderung, Schlafsofa und Haarföhn waren defekt und waren auch nicht repariert. Kaffe hat leider nicht geschmeckt, Minibar war lehr, falls man was möchte, kann man an der Rezeption mit direkt bezahlen holen. Falls man mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs ist, da ist nicht viel geboten. Das nächste Spielplatz oben auf dem Berg oder am Aussichtsturm mit dem Aufzug gegen Gebühr für Erwachsene zu erreichen.

Pros:

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, sauberer Wellnessbereich (leider ohne Handtücher), super Lage, große Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keinen Wunsch offen und man hatte von Restaurant und Zimmer aus tolle Aussicht. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Parkhaus war einfach zu finden und nicht weit weg - leider etwas teuer, aber das ist wohl in der ganzen Stadt so.

Cons:

Leider gab es wohl eine Handtuch/Decken-Knappheit. Wir waren als 3 Erwachsene angemeldet und hatten nur ein Duschhandtuch im Zimmer. Auch beim Bettsofa war nur die Hälfte der Liegefläche mit einem Bettlaken belegt. Eine Bettdecke war keine richtige Bettdecke, sondern eine Sofadecke im Bezug - es war nachts so kalt, dass ich sogar etwas erkältet war.
Als wir beim Personal die Handtücher und Bettlaken ansprachen, hieß es, dass das wegen dem "Laundry-Day"/Waschtag schwierig wäre, noch ein Laken zu bekommen.
Am Ende haben wir alles bekommen, was wir brauchten,
und das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Dennoch finden wir, dass so etwas in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel eigentlich nicht vorkommen sollte.
