Нещодавно відпочивали з 27.02 по 02.03 у Olympia в Карлових Варах і залишилися надзвичайно задоволені перебуванням. Готель справив дуже приємне враження — комфортні номери, затишна атмосфера та чудове розташування. Але особливо хочу відзначити персонал: уважні, ввічливі та завжди готові допомогти. Відчувається щире ставлення до гостей і високий рівень сервісу. Окремої похвали заслуговує ресторан готелю. Їжа була просто неймовірно смачною — різноманітні страви, якісні продукти та гарна подача. Кожен прийом їжі приносив справжнє задоволення. Так як в моєї дружини було День народження персонал готелю привітав її і подарували пляшку шампанського в ресторані готелю.
Щиро дякую всій команді готелю за чудовий відпочинок! Із задоволенням повернемося ще раз та рекомендую всім OLYMPIA, хто планує поїздку до Карлових Вар.

We had a fantastic time in this cosy hotel.Excellent location, cosy and elegant atmosphere, good and friendly staff. I would defenetly recomend it.

Pros:

Cosy little hotel at very convenient location. Personnel were very kind and friendly, food was very tasty, spa was clean and nice. I recommend it with both hands and we would definitely come again!

It would be nice if the pool was a little warmer, at least in cold months

Pros:

Все было отлично , хороший номер , очень приятный персонал , который всегда был рад помочь. Первый на моей памяти отель , где было и вправду тихо и не было слышно соседей.
Очень хорошо спали .

Cons:

Были не большие моменты , которые были не приятны .
Плохо убранный номер ( много пыли на батареях, на всех поверхностях , унитаз не был вымыт под ободком )

Все хорошо,вернулись бы ещё.
Pros:

Завтрак хороший.

Cons:

В бассейне не было полотенцев.(вечером)
Кулер был пустой, не было воды ни капли.
Парная очень старая и там очень тускло.
