Enttäuscht, schmeißen Sie Ihren Geld irgendwo anders aus dem Fenster.

Die absolute super Lage. Haferbrei beim Frühstück. Der Fahrstuhl. Die tatsächliche Anwesenheit vom Pool. Insektengitter vor dem Fenster 👍🏼.

Cons:

Keine Auskünft wegen Parkgarage (mit Standseilbahn ein Station von Libušina nach Talstation, wegen dem Gepäck) und nicht vorher beim einchecken informiert, dass man an der Tür einen Label hängen soll wenn man das Zimmer sauber gemacht haben möchte. Da waren keine Handtücher im Poolbereich. Oben im Wellnessbereich sieht man überhaupt null Personal. Man muss dann im Bademantel nach Empfang im Erdgeschoss um die Handtücher da zum Pool bringen zu lassen. Die allgemeine Stimmungslage des Personals ist absolut ich entgegenkommend!!! Auf alles, bis ins einzelne Blatt Papier wird gespart, weil man kriegt nicht bei jede Zahlung eine Quittung!! Kommunikation ist so zusagen schlecht. Das es dem Unternehmen bergabwärts geht, merkt man an alles.

- zu jeder Zeit gab es Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und Säfte

Cons:

- Das Zimmer hätte etwas gründlicher geputzt werden können
- Seife war nur bei der Dusche, musste nachgeordert werden

The location was great and the room was huge, lots of space. Breakfast was pretty decent too.

Cons:

We had no hot water both nights. First night it was late after 9:30pm so not upset nothing could be done after informing the front desk.. The next day still the same told the front desk again when we left for the day. When we got back it was slightly warmer but still not hot. Ended up showering in the sauna area after being in the sauna. Even the showers by there were luke warm but it didn't feel so bad after the hot sauna.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub mit sehr umfangreichen Frühstücksangebot. Sehr freundliches Petsonal, das sehr hilfsbereit war.

Lage, Personal des Hotels und das Frühstück

Cons:

Die angebotene Massage war unprofessionell und sehr unfreundlich. Es handelt sich hier um externe Dienstleister, daher kein Hotelpersonal. Ich empfehle es nicht, da es dafür zu teuer war.

Ez egy borzalmas szállás.Becsaptak minket a parkolással kapcsolatban és a szoba is amit megnéztünk büdös volt.800 km-ről érkeztünk meg este 6 órakor.Akkor szembesültünk azzal, hogy a szállásnak nincs parkolóhelye.Elküldtek minket a város másik részébe egy nyilvános parkolóhelyre ahol magunknak kellett volna parkolóhelyet keresnünk és otthagyni az autónkat napi 20 Euróért, ha egyáltalán befért volna az autónk.Több száz lépcsőfoknyi emelkedőn lehetett volna elérni az autót.Mozgáskorlátozottaknak és időseknek használhatatlan.A problémánkra széttárták a kezüket, hogy nem tudnak segíteni.És amikor jeleztük, hogy nem maradunk a pénzt nem fizették vissza.Este 6 órakor kellett elindulnunk szállást keresni.A recepción nagyon sokat kell várni.A kolléganő nem ér rá foglalkozni az érkező vendégekkel mert itt ott ágyaz a szobákban.A szálláshely nem felel meg a hirdetésben leírtajnak és szerintünk ez nem elfogadható.
